After having to take my child to the ER we were all hungry and since it was late this was one of the only places open. They were rude from the get go. We sat there for 20+ minutes waiting to even be asked what we wanted to drink. The waitress apparently has issues with her eyes as they kept rolling each time she looked towards our table. Another table FINALLY got their drinks and food ordered and as I walked out said they should have done the same thing. I understand it was late at night but you don’t have to be rude to the actual few customers that were in there to help get you a paycheck. There was MAYBE 3 tables that had customers so it had NOTHING to do with being busy either.

Very unprofessional, took 25 for them to even call my order to the cooks. One cook in training and the other one cooking that was suppose to be training was cooking and serving food. Also walking away not taking food orders . Manager was even present but walking around placing napkins in containers and also on the phone. For the 45 mins I was there I only received my drink and utensils. The waitress was very nice and apologized but by then the damage was done. I noticed that the people ahead of us was taken care of right away no problems. But this is little ol Laurel….

My first ever experience and I absolutely loved it. Down south homestyle cooking. I’m from L.A. and we don’t have a Waffle House so it meant everything to experience a Mississippi based Waffle House. I couldn’t believe that despite all the food my wife and I ordered the bill was tremendously inexpensive.

Wasn’t greated when we walked in. Could sense a real sour atmosphere had (4) booths that’s was occupied all but (1) had plates from past guest. My wife and I took a seat after 15 mins the waitress came to our table im washing dishes so it will be a few mins. She didn’t take our order or drinks to say the least. We sat there another 5 mins and we left on the way out y’all have a wonderful night in spite. They lost (4) customers tonight due to the sorry attitude and not wanting to work. Want be back they need new management this is the second time I have witnessed poor management at this place. Last time it was the people seated behind us that had the bad experience.

When we arrived, there was no line. However, there was a wait due to only having one server? There was no available table due to it not being cleaned up. The table she did give us she just picked up the dirty plates and gave it a quick rundown. Not properly cleaned. The place overall was a mess. When we got served… the hashbrowns weren’t fully cooked. The one thing they made good was the scrabble eggs with cheese. Even the coffee wasn’t good. When another server showed up, she just sat down and started doing something else rather than helping the other woman with customers or orders.

Went in around 11:25am today. Waited 5 minutes at the register and no one said anything to me or even acknowledge I was there. 2 waitresses were just leaning on the counter talking. This is the same reason why I had stopped going here awhile ago but figured I’d give them another chance. Same results…..

The service is pretty slow but the food is good. One thing that I didn’t like was the fact that I had to wait for 30 minutes for my sister’s waffle, but unsurprisingly, the waffle machine was broken. I recommend you to not eat here.

Excellent service along with a great discount plus the restaurant was very clean & cleaner than I have ever had experienced. the staff was very nice end Pleasant to talk to. I got all this food for like $7 and some change ha I can find that outside in their parking lot. A “waffle house’ Road Trip” is on my bucket list.
