As far as food goes, I’ve never really had a bad experience. They’ve forgotten something dealing with my order maybe two times out of the hundreds of times I’ve gone. I’m giving three stars, because they definitely could do better on time, customer service, and cleanliness.

Went to eat and they had 4 employees, with three black families and one white . We came in a long with a single black man . The black gentleman was greeted and set down to order we went to set down along with another couple coming in and the black employee stated they weren’t waiting on anyone else cause they had to clean the restaurant before the next shift . As a manager, you don’t close your business down because of cleaning, you wait on customers and clean in between. This is a 24 hour restaurant. Quit being lazy and prejudice and do your job.Good thing I ain’t your manager because you would be terminated. This was on 4-6-23 at 7:50 so if the manager cares about their customers and customer service they can look into this issue.

Just waffle house..i was charged supply fee.. supplies fee.. Allstars cost 17.50… went back 1 week later… no supply fees..12.50… somebody stealing money!!!.. waitress outside smoking,the other one stuck on 2 orders, I’m watching the cook pickup trash off the floor and throw bacon on the grill with the same gloves,I told him you know better.. he changed em!!!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I ORDERED A HASHBROWN CHICKEN MELT BOWL AND THEY COMPLETELY LEFT OUT THE CHICKEN , PLACED CHEESE ON MY SCRAMBLED EGGS AND I DIDNT REQUEST THAT AND MOST OF ALL I PAID ALMOST $20 for a chicken melt hash bowl with no chicken in it!! Highly upset and dissatisfied! Then said I could NOT get a refund or anything because I misplaced receipt after I had just left the location!

Good food and consistent food, the place is clean and the staff During lunch time during the week are friendly and has great customer service. My husband and I always get the hash brown or grits bowls. And they make it really well, no complaints at all!
