Starting with the waffles, the waffles were tough. The food could have been hotter overall. A few bugs were crawling; we killed two flies. The cup had towel lint around the lip. Improvement is needed for me to go back. There was also the smell of dirty dishwater. The waitress was friendly and got us replacements. Try the location on Pemberton square.

Friendly service, Kayla was attentive and friendly. Food came out promptly, burned toast sandwich. I’m sitting close to bathroom and cook went to restroom and came out quickly so did not wash hands. After that could not finish my food. Server was just complaining about having to train people. Wont come back.

We have occasion to visit assorted Waffle House restaurants. This one, at 70 Warrenton Rd, Vicksburg, MS, and specifically the store manager, Jarvis, always stands out in cleanliness, food quality, and friendliness of the staff. Some of the chain’s other location could learn from this bunch!!!

The parking lot was empty, so we thought it was closed. The lights were on and we saw the one waitress and cook inside. We decided to go in only to find that none of the tables were clean. It was the worst we have ever seen at a Waffle House, especially when there was no one in the building! We walked out thinking how was the kitchen area if the front house looked like this and there is a reason why no one was there.

My husband and I stopped by to eat, it was almost 6am, as we walked in we were told it was carry out only so we placed our order, when we got home the patti melts were good but the all star breakfast toast was regular bread and the bacon was almost burned, I don’t understand why if it’s a 24 hr restaurant I expect to be served anytime, if not just state on your advertisement from what time it is only carry out!

Restroom was acceptable. Clean enough place. Food was decent. However, the whole staff was so busy with thier LOUD conversation that I almost had to get up and search for a coffee refill. I do not believe I will return here.
