Great customer service, very reasonable walk-in wait time and food cooked perfectly. Cheese eggs are wayyyy cheesier and more fulfilling than Ihop plus the toast, grits, bacon and jelly give it a balanced meal. I’m excited to eat my waffle for later. great job everyone.

Not Just A GPA Ingram
To the OWNER of this store, on Wednesday July 12, 2023, I stopped by the store at 8:30pm with my family. When I parked I saw 3 individuals inside. Two behind the counter. We entered and sat at the counter. After waiting 10 minutes, a short dark skin lady appeared from the back and walked in front of us AT THE COUNTER to the register as if we were invisible. She never spoke or acknowledged us. We sat a moment in disbelief assuming she would, then we left. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced bad/no service at an EMPTY WAFFLE HOUSE. You should a create a vacancy for everyone on that ghost shift. If you cannot find better help, CLOSE THE STORE!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE EAT AT YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!

Great service! They have a nice application of social distancing rules and employees were using masks. Food was good. I tried eggs n cheese, chocolate waffle and biscuits with gravy. The waffle tasted much better than it looks. Biscuits and eggs were okay. Definitely coming back to try the bowls. It was really nice watching the team work in the kitchen during rush breakfast hour.

I normally have a great time at this location but when I instructed my wait person as to how I wanted my order to go I got a lot of feedback. Luckily someone else stepped up and took my order as I wanted and I was pleased, as my understanding was that’s the goal.

I woke up this morning on my off day not wanting to cook anything at all. So I decided to run to the Waffle House & grab a quick breakfast to go. I had grits, scrambled eggs and sausages with toast. I got my wife a waffle & a oder of sausages. The service was pretty good & the food was cooked & ready in a timely manner. It was hot and everything was just how I ordered it. It’s kinda hard to get in here on the weekend mornings cause it be packed. But today my timing was on point. I will definitely come back again.

Terrible waffle house. Worst in the country probably. Employees are drinking on the job and smoking cigarettes inside. Sewage open to the public. Food area has terrible hygiene. You will probably get food poisoning if you eat here. If you come here with cancer, you’ll probably die on the spot.
