Regulars for dine-in & carry-out. Usually good. Not this afternoon. Ordered 3 scrambled eggs. Cook put 3 eggs in skillet then split them to 2 different plates. Hash browns were only half what we usually get. Then, everything was ready except the burger which was not even on the grill yet. So, by time we got food home, it was barely warm where it’s usually still hot.

Always love a Waffle House for a quick great meal. I’m staying close by to this store and will visit again this week. I got the chicken & eggs over easy, double hash browns and side order of bacon . Everything cooked perfect. Actually got a to-go order of triple order of hash browns with a side of sausage and bacon to eat later which was nice. I’ll get the Texas Bacon Patty Melt next time which is my favorite dish at any location. Staff was super nice also.

I have to admit I was very skeptical about going to this WH tonight because of some of the more recent reviews but our waitress was great & the cook was doing a great job getting the food out. It was after 10:00 pm & the restaurant filled up quickly after we got there. There was 1 waitress & 1 cook. Kudos to both of them for working as hard as they did.

Bryan was so rude and uninterested in his job tonight. He came and took our order and when the food came he just slapped it on the table and walked away. We requested condiments and he never acknowledged us but brought them anyway. We ended up getting to go boxes and eating at home.

My husband and I decided to go eat at Waffle House in Lookout Valley! Mind you this one is brand new and filthy. We walk in and all tables are dirty except two! The people behind us just had sat down right before we got there the waiter took their order. It took them 23 mins to get their food, but still missing items. The waiter was to concerned about adding up the bills he was not getting the missing items. Two more couples came in after we gave our order. We waited roughly 47 mins. One of the couples started getting their food, I turned and asked when ours would be ready he said I’m fixing to call your order in now! CALL OUR ORDER IN NOW! Ummmm no thank you! We got up and left! I have several friends that work there and I see why they are on first! Never again will I be back after lunch!

Very rude employees. They would not accept service dog. Manager, at least he acted as manager, but was behind grill, said our service dog was not a service dog,even though we showed papers and we did not have to. He was rude and disrespectful.

I love this place. I’m from the northeast; Waffle House does not exists where I live. Food is good, simple and cheap. Service is always fast and excellent. I go whenever I get a chance. The lunch menu is also excellent.
