Early morning coffee and breakfast. Perfect location off the freeway exit, plenty of parking, and very friendly employees. It was not busy at all. A small interior seating area it is not a place to go if you need privacy or space for you and your companion. The food was average. The coffee was good, and the bacon was a bit salty but happy with the service we received.

Was seated quickly. Waitress asked what we wanted to drink. We gave our orders. Both were wrong. Attitude in the place seemed nobody wanted to be there. Restaurant was to hot. Grill person seemed overwhelmed. She was busy answering her phone. We have already visited over 30 waffle house restaurants in several state this one is the worst.

Good food and all, but the professionalism was absent. They just throw the patties onto the grill as if they didn’t care at all, and my sandwich looked like someone did a sloppy job with the whole sandwich. Also, I ordered capped and covered mushrooms, when I received my food there was no mushrooms or cheese on the hashbrowns.

I’m a fan of Waffle House as it is typically very clean, the service is fast and the food comes out steaming hot. This location is no exception. I had the blueberry waffle, which is very good. Although the blueberries were a little clumped together and could have been mixed better. This location is on a busy corner in Ooltewah where you can watch all kinds of cars, trucks, and motorcycles, which keeps the grandson entertained. You can even see Miller Industries test driving a new diesel now and again. The team here is efficient and friendly, with plenty of parking. Breakfast for 3 people without tip came to $23. A great bargain.

I hate to say it, but I visited for the third time and unfortunately got soooo sick after eating my meal. I tasted the grits, and they were sour, which made me immediately sick that I got up and ran outside and vomited all over the side walk and ppl cars, I felt so bad. It was definitely the food because I was fine before I ate. I’m pretty sure I won’t return to this location, but just be careful. Still live WH tho!

I come to this Waffle House on my drives from Georgia to Michigan over 3 times. The atmosphere is so friendly, the staff is efficient, they like each other and can enjoy a laugh, and best part of all, they have an angel like Ms. Libby working there. This has been a crazy year for me, and our interactions, though they may be brief, give comfort and familiarity to Good in this world.. cheers to management at this location

Excellent cook and waitress, but temperature in this restaurant is controlled by corporate edict. Employees are not allowed to adjust the thermostat. I had to wear my winter coat to eat in July. Wadley House has top down, dictatorial management who treat their employees like virtual slaves. Customers are treated with nasty vicious contempt. Who cares if they are uncomfortable while dining? I was the only customer. Last visit to THE AWFUL HOUSE!

I went in today to pick up Togo food with the intention of just grabbing it and leaving cause I had an appointment in about 30min which I was headed to. When I walked in I saw a customer of mine in there and thought I’d chat and have just a couple of bites before I needed to leave. I sat down at the bar where the gentleman was sitting and mind you the only customer at the bar with plenty of other seats at the bar open(all but the one the gentleman was sitting). I had taken just a few bites and aware that I needed to go because of my schedule when the manager Kristina McAdams turned around told me and basically the entire restaurant that I needed to leave if I had Togo food and to eat it outside the building. This blew my mind. I wasn’t aware of this rule. I do agree if the place was packed and others may need that one seat that common courtesy should be used and that I have no problem with, but the attitude and tone in which this manager chose to show her so called authority was by far not courteous. Customer service is so very rare anymore because we are allowing managers like this to show the other staff what is acceptable behavior. I have reached out to management hope to hear back before the day is over.
