Markeysha was not our server but she had great customer service. Judah was our server but was very unconfident and unattentive. The cook was in training and the food didn’t come out great at all. The trainer should have made sure orders were correct before sending them out. Another order was missing some things and ours wasn’t correct either. My eggs were over medium instead of over easy. And our hasbrowns we asked crispy which was not. And the waffles were very limpy and not cooked enough. The biscuits and gravy came without gravy by the new cook. And then when gravy was put on it it was pitiful. Gravy tasted as if it had sit there for 3 days just being warmed every morning. Funny thing. 5 minutes later the gravy machine broke down. I’m only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the service wasn’t horrible and the rest of the employees seemed friendly. And some of the food was edible.

Asked for scattered, covered and chunked, got onions instead of ham. I had to remind the cook that my waffle was still in the iron, because he was playing on his phone. The server, left the store while my food was being cooked, and came back talking on his cell phone.

Best damn omelettes in town.Second shifts a cool crew with warm smiles good conversation and music on the jukebox making for a relaxing atmosphere. This place was kind of a hot mess. Our waitress seemed a bit out of it. First she served me coffee in a mug with lipstick on the rim. Then she brought ice water without the water. She also messed up our order, and was nowhere to be found once are food was done. Thankfully the rest of the team realized there was food sitting next to the grill for five minutes and served it to us. When our waffles were up she brought them to her other table. This was on a very slow day (business wise). Hopefully, she was just having an off bad day.

I wasn’t there 4 days ago but service isn’t so great! Servers walk around with frown on their faces. And I have been there multiple times and the food isn’t nearly as good as Bellevue and the friendly part of this waffle house is seriously lacking!
