This was our best Waffle House Experience Ever. The Cook Wes was so good! The waitress Sidney was so sweet and very attentive to our needs. This is a Must Try Waffle House! You won’t be disappointed.
Pretty Stizzy
Terrible Experience at Waffle House

The food was amazing, we devoured it! Shout out to Miss Angie for being awesome. We just finished a 9 hour drive and she made us feel like we just walked into our mom’s kitchen. We weren’t the only customers there but the service and food made us feel like we were.

Do NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I came to this location because it’s fairly close to my home as I live in Oak Grove , but lately service has been terrible, the waits are long your food is either under cooked or over cooked . This visit I ordered a cheese steak omelette with cover hash browns , I got this , and ofc they forgot the toast & they don’t ever answer the phones so forget speaking to someone after you leave . Terrible cooks and customer service next time I’ll drive to the one further into Clarksville

Went in last night and received the worst service. We were told to sit wherever a table was clean…Umm none of them were. The young male working was playing on his phone while tables stayed dirty. The waitress complained the whole time how she was supposed to get off at 9 and how much she was upset about it. When we went to settle our check, a roach greeted us at the counter. The poor cook and another guy cleaning the floors and stocking were the only ones working. The food was good. Glad I didn’t see the roach before we ate…

Check this out .. myself and 5 homies are mid way through our breakfast and there’s a giant bug flying along the inside window next to us. One of the servers comes over and starts asking us questions about bugs and then gives a micro Nat Geo special on these giant male mosquitoes. Turns out it’s a actually Crane Fly ♂️ We didn’t squash it, server didn’t squash it, it did get named Steve & may very well still be there. What you do with & how you interpret this information is up to you. Food was the quality you expect while at Waffle House; decent, service was quick, staff was friendly .. even friendly to Steve the Crane Fly.

I order a T-bone steak with my hash browns suppose to have chili cheese and onions on it. I was given this. Calling them to let them know, now they are not picking up the phone after calling four times. I’m very disappointed. Please check your orders people. I didn’t cause as soon as I said my name, she new who I was and supposedly knew that was my food with the friendly attitude. My mistake. Now I’m driving back in the rain to get my correct order. UPDATE!! Got the correct order now! Thank you!

RUDE LITTLE GIRL NAME BRANDI working the front counter. Now I see why there’s so many videos of Waffle House fights with the employees. They just need to be careful…. Might be arguing with a MMA fighter lol. Manager was kinda rude but he refunded me so we cool

The food and service was ok but what made my experience worth reviewing is the cross contamination I witnessed during cooking. The cook wears gloves but does not change them appropriately. He was cooking then grabbed raw bacon out of the fridge and continued to touch everything else without changing gloves..cooked meat.. cheese bread.. cabinets ect. If I would have seen this at the beginning and not at the end of my meal I would not have eaten here. They say there are cameras with sound I hope the management looks back and sees for themselves and get the staff better educated on the importance of glove changing/hand washing/cross contamination. I was at this location 3323 Fort Campbell Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37042 3/14/23 @ approx 10:00am Update: The restaurant owner reached out and assured that they addressed this situation with staff and and staff have been reminded about the importance of glove changing.

First off… The service was A1! My waitress Sara was excellent! She didnt give me time to breath while I was there and I absolutely love that! Yassss smother me! Every chance she got she was asking me was everything OK and do I need anything else. She was friendly and polite which is always a plus; in my opinion that is a superb waitress. I ordered steak and eggs with chocolate chip waffle which was good. I ordered my steak medium but it was well done but it wasn’t dry so it wasn’t a big deal for me. My eggs were fluffy and perfect and the hashbrowns were excellent as well. Other than the steak, (which again wasn’t a big deal) I had a great experience here and I recommend this particular establishment to any and everyone.
