I always have an amazing time here. Great staff and great food. Kierra or Kaitlyn has always given us the best service. Twin always cook us our food perfectly as ordered. T-bone Steak dinner and the pork chop dinners. Our go to Waffle House in the late hours. Come give these staff your business!

They remodeled this restaurant but didn’t remodel the staff with it. I came in and placed a to go order and the store was not terribly busy with six workers behind the counter. They take my order and work on someone else’s order that came in 10 minutes after mine. I let my frustrations be known and they were not fixed. I decided to leave and then one of the workers overheard my complaints and said I was rude. I let her know that what was rude was taking my order and not working on it while I’m waiting 10 to 15 minutes for food and get skipped for someone else who called and immediately got service. I don’t care if this is the only Waffle House open and close to where I live, I will not be back. The staff has no sense of urgency and zero respect for customers

My family and I have been to waffle house many times, usually the one down the road from this one, and all is good; heck the waitresses know us. Tonight we went to this waffle house, big mistake. My son’s sausage was burnt, my hasbrowns where burnt, my hamburger was burnt, my wife’s cheese and eggs well the cook didn’t add it so when my wife mentioned it the cook tossed a slice of cheese on eggs and called it good…it wasn’t even melted. Then the cook wanted to make the waitress pay for the bad food because she said it was the waitresses fault. No manager was on duty. Will not go back there again.

This was the worst Waffel house I’ve ever been in. All the staff was outside when we arrived. One server came in to take out order. I had to ask him to clean table. We were the only customers. Manager was on the phone while cooking. My first waffel was paper thin and hard. Sent it back!
