Can’t sat enough about the wait staff at this Waffle House. We were there to celebrate a kindergarten graduation and the way they interacted with the kids was above and beyond and the food was great too. Very fast and fresh.

The male cook jacob at this restaurant was very verbally abusive to the waitress. He kept on verbally attacking her whenever she tried to give him an order. This is very unacceptable and he should be fired. So unprofessional. My waitress was very good. That horrible man made her cry.

The cook was great very friendly the food was good the server we had was an older gal she was good did a good job but I have a complaint about 2 employees that was there they showed no concern of their job goofing off and when we got ready to leave they were standing outside at the back and the floor was still busy . Over the years we have eaten at that location many times and was always happy with everything but I hate to say that there are two employees there that really don’t need to even be there and I am in the food service business myself and the person that was with me is also and we saw a lot of improvement with those two individuals that needs to be addressed

Stood there for over 20 minutes waiting for the lady to even clean the table, whose long red braided hair not secured in a hat nor a hairnet kept touching the cheese on peoples prepped plates. We usually enjoy coming to this waffle house usually have no problems but tonight was quite different not just my food with every single dish I saw come off the cooks line was burnt my Philly cheesesteak bowl ended up tasting like char the additional items I requested on it came after about 20 minutes later. The waitress was kind, apologetic. I’m pretty sure going forward if it’s the same cook I’ll just turn around at this point
