Only positive… they have a good health score. After that, we regretted not going to Cracker Barrel next door. The only server in the place couldn’t manage to serve the two tables that were occupied. The food was to the table before the drinks, and the server, Jasmin, was way too busy doing anything but serving. When we mentioned something, the cook had a fit. If I could understand him, he wanted to argue with me about the service someone else was failing to provide. Made a scene for no reason. Instead of being polite and allowing cooler heads to prevail, he decided to provoke a customer in to an argument. Guess that’s why he’s in the position he is in at this point in life

The people at this Waffle House are friendly! They greet you at the door. Sometimes there an employee standing at the door holding as the customers enter & exit the restaurant! So cool! I wish they gave military discount…but they don’t. Maybe if we ask the owners they would reconsider that rule.

Not open 24 hrs. July 1st it doesn’t open till 6am, sign on door. Other sign, No walk in to go ordering. Can’t order to go orders online til after 7am.

This is my first google review ever. Today is my child’s 5th birthday. My server and her co workers became aware of this. It already started off very friendly and they were very attentive. There were about three customers here when we arrived. Once the other three customers left, my server went and played a birthday song and they sang happy birthday to my kid while enjoying her hot and timely cooked chocolate chip waffle, scrambled eggs, and toast. This a mf WAFFLE HOME. Thanks to the staff on shift this morning for making her birthday breakfast special. 10/10 recommended.

Believe it’s on boyd Cooper, fantastic food, awesome people. So clean. My Friend accidentally left his wallet. Almost 40 minutes to drive back praying it was there. Yes it was, a beautiful woman, our waitress seen it and put it up for us. That’s what kind of place this is and why we drive from downtown Montgomery to that waffle house.

Absolutely exquisite. Service was impeccable. Went there with a school group at 9 o’clock and we walked out in under 20 minutes with two people working. Fred was a stand up guy. 10/10 would recommend. I did not get the lady’s name but she was a stand up cashier. Both of them deserve a raise, and the world. We cracked up laughing the whole time. Core memory.

A cook named fred was amazing. Waitress that I did not catch the name was a stand up cashier. Their third shift had not arrived so we were not able to eat in, but the service was great. They were nice and got us served as soon as possible. They both deserve a raise and whatever else they need.

Imagine driving to your neighborhood Waffle House and walk in and everyone doing absolutely nothing but won’t take your order just to be refused service because you don’t have access to the internet to place an order well that’s exactly the experience I had when I went into this and 2 other waffle houses in Montgomery it’s extremely disheartening and be aware that customer service is non existent at these locations I pray this reaches who ever owns these establishments because this is an unethical way of running a business

I eat breakfast here frequently and the servers remember my order and get it to me quickly. It’s relatively clean by Waffle House standards and aside from the sometimes unprofessional employee banter it’s a staple for simple breakfast.
