The food was good and the staff was friendly. They didn’t have white gravy to accurately complete my order. I’m not sure if they didn’t have any or if it had to thaw. I wouldn’t have ordered what I ordered had I known in the beginning.

First, let me just say that I have never experienced customer service at its WORST! From the manager to the waitress. This waffle house needs a secret shopper or undercover boss experience.

Went at like 9:30 and its only take out after 9pm, which wasn’t a problem. Waitress wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude either. Hashbrowns bacon and eggs were ok but the waffle was gross like the batter was old. And I was overcharged. I definitely regretted coming here!

Bad experience. 9/11 @12:11pm. Just to let yall know if you come in after 12pm they will close the booth to the left and the 3 chairs. They dont care for ppl coming in to eat it its 12pm they will shut it down and just say its closed. At this time is when all the tables should be opened cause ppl are getting out of church and wanting lunch.

I can’t describe how great the food is. The staff was fast and friendly, the food was made fresh to order, and everything was hot. The staff like to have fun while giving customers a great experience. You definitely need a fun atmosphere and chemistry in order to work together. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives or doesn’t live in MGM.
