We stopped for breakfast while on the road. Excellent service and excellent food. Better than you get in much more expensive restaurants. I had the 2 egg breakfast with a pecan waffle. The waffle was loaded with pecans the eggs and hash browns were cooked perfectly. My husband only likes his eggs over hard. That’s exactly what he got. If you are in the area stop in. You won’t be disappointed. Plenty of on sight parking and easy access back to the road.

We over slept and missed breakfast at our hotel. We tried them out. When we walked in we saw a couple of empty tables in the back corner as we were walking back we saw they were dirty and decided to sit at the low bar in Ms Lanaiya section. She was very friendly and attentive. Once we sat another elderly couple tried to sit in one of the tables we saw but Ms Kim told them they couldn’t sit there because she had to clean them (at this time we had already been sitting at our table for a good 5 mins) they took a seat in the waiting chairs after 20 mins of waiting they got up and left 10 mins later another couple came in and tried to sit Ms Kim told them they couldn’t sit there because she had to clean them so they waited for 15 mins and left. Ms Lanaiya had 3 tables she was waiting on had gotten our order our food out refills had checked out several customers and cleaned 2 tables and washed the dishes from those tables. While Ms Kim waited on her 1 table and talked. When we left an hour after going in Ms Kim was just cleaning those tables off. Y’all need to give Ms Lanaiya a raise and have a Sit down with Ms Kim and explain how incredibly rude it is to make people sit and wait for a table you don’t plan on cleaning.

I don’t know if all Waffle House’s have improved from my younger, alcohol induced years, but….this place is legit. I ordered the bacon, eggs, and hash brown bowl and was very pleasantly surprised at how good it was. This location is definitely cleaner than other locations that I have been to in the past. The staff were very attentive and cleaned off our table before we sat down. I’ll definitely be returning to this one!

The waffle house in 231 in Troy was very fast to make our food to go, even at rush hour….noon. only mistake was they forgot the gitss which they can replace in a min, so no harm done. The little lady that took my order was professional and had great manners.

We sat down and were greeted right away. Mariah took our order, but did not bring our drinks. We waited. She took care of another table, then cleared another table. We waited about 10 minutes after our order, as she passed right by us about 5 times and still no drinks. Then, 10 minutes after we ordered, I heard her finally giving the cook our order. Still no drinks.
