Everytime I come to the Waffle House they are on break at 12am 1am 2am 3am even went at 4am they say there on break .. walk in on the morning time stood at the register 15 minutes no one said anything to me about taking my order bad customer service!!!! As I am typing this I’m still standing at the register not one employee said anything to me

Centerpoint Pkwy store. Two booths open, not cleaned. Employees standing around waiting on the cook. Waited about 5 min., one table wiped off. Seat still dirty and napkin and trash left under table. Decided to leave, won’t be back.

ZERO Stars, apparently whoever the supervisor was tonight wouldn’t allow customers inside, my wife is disabled and needed to use the bathroom before I ordered something for us to eat. First of all, you are LEGALLY REQUIRED to offer accommodations for your disabled customers. In this instance, you have created a civil suit for discrimination and will be hearing from our lawyer very soon.

a very very very very sorry excuse for a cook. this morning i asked for a sausage egg hash brown and cheese breakfast and he prepared for me a bowl full of grits cheese sausage and no hash browns. i asked for a double order of wheat toast with no butter. he gave me one order of wheat toast with butter on it. he is patheticly pitiful and will never ever go there again.
