This use to be a really good waffle house,it has turned into a not clean place and food is not good,order always messed up, today my whole order was messed up had to wait on the bacon for my sandwich be time it got there my sandwich was cold,the hashbrowns where oliey and nasty the chili was cold and dry on mine and my husband order. Tea was not good,Tasted like dish water. It looks like it is never going to change the Pinson restaurants have gone down hill.

This is one of the best experiences at this Waffle House today ! My sons 9th birthday was today and they were so welcoming when we walked inside the vibe was perfect my son loves Waffle House so it was his choice ! The ladies who took care of us were amazing I told them it was his birthday and they said happy birthday multiple times and even played the birthday Waffle House song in which I didn’t know they ever did that ! He loved it ! Then the food was amazing ! They were friendly and the food was hot and delicious took much of no time ! Thank you morning shift for making him feel so special today !

I waited for staff for over 30 to bus the only open table in the restaurant. 3 waitresses stand and talking. I stood next to the table hoping to draw their attention. I was never even acknowledged. Ten minutes later I left and wrote this review

Used to be my go to place on the way in to work. Food is great. Service gets a 1 star now as they can literally have nothing to do and yet won’t answer the phone. For months they do NOT answer the phone. I once went inside to place an order after calling multiple times on my way to work for a to-go order. They weren’t busy. I called again while sitting there. Phone rang and rang and I asked if they needed to grab that and laughed it off. Tremendously unprofessional.
