The only reason I gave them two stars, when you can get the right order it’s good. The reason I’m doing a review is because I’m tired of them answering the phone and then laying it down and walking away. Then you can’t call back, because it’s off the hook. Other times the order is wrong or my order is half done. I’ve started driving to Pelham to that Waffle House to get food and have a person with a smile on their face.

Well, I will say once I got my correct food it was great which is why I gave it the rating I did. But the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they left out part of my order. I got all the way to work and before I realized my bacon wasn’t in the bag, eggs overcooked and hash browns had nothing on them. When I went back they did fix my order and it was good but it was a big hassle for me to make a second trip.

It was my 1st and last time visiting this location. The grits were extremely runny no butter. The cook cracked 2 eggs and split it between 2 plates & the o e with cheese got the majority. I received a few chucks of what he didn’t use o his cheese egg order. The server lookwd at the plate and said I can have him do more eggs. I thankws her and left she was really nice.

This is the most incompetent waffle house I have ever been to! We are staying at a nearby campground and on 3 seperate occasions I ordered a dish with egg whites only and you would think I am speaking Spanish for what they end up giving me. We got the orders to go and my husband did not check the orders before leaving so he is in trouble too … LOL … but my god how hard is it to do egg whites only??? They are idiots! The last time we ordered my husband said it was a bunch of teenagers working and most of the work they were doing was checking their phones and laughing. My husband even had to wait while they played around to get his food. Also we ordered Waffles and got NO syrup! Hubs caught that and went back in before driving off and the girl said “i thought you said you didn’t want anything else when you ordered”…? … My husband said that he didn’t realize that he had to specifically order SYRUP to which the girl said “well tonight you do” and laughed. He got the syrup and went back to the car to then see we got no silverware! Even though we specifically asked for silverware. So… Yup… He had to go back in to get silverware AND napkins! What a ridiculous place! If you are ever in Helena alabama and want waffle house go to a different location. This was on June 5th at dinnertime. If there is management you need to check your employees and tell them to get it together. We will not be back!
