The staff here is always nice and attentive. One of the ladies asked my son if he plays football and he really enjoyed talking about it with her. I had the Steak Patty melt bowl, with extra added sausage. The few times we’ve come here, they have never been too busy where the service was lacking.

Wonderful experience! We were instantly greeted when we walked in! Our waitress was very friendly and made sure we had our coffee. Also our Texas toast cheesesteak sandwich was the best I had at a WH! The toast was perfection! I will be back to try their waffles to see if this is becoming my favorite one.

Complete craphole!!! Service was horrible and we constantly had to listen to the employees argue with each other and tell each other what they wasn’t gonna do! Then they was sitting in the back with the bacom fridge wide open smoking vapes and cussing at each other!!! Great example of Columbus Ga!!!

Not too much to say about it, its a Waffle House with the standard layout and menu. Our waitress was friendly and helpful and the restaurant was well kept (the floors weren’t greasy or sticky).

Wasn’t crowded….didn’t get the hashbrowns we ordered….staff need to wash their hands when going from sitting down on their phones to going in fridge and/or cooking….. grits were hard and lumpy

Came here after a big fail at the Bradley Park Waffle House a mile away (rude staff and frozen waffle batter). This location had a happy staff, upbeat atmosphere, and a cook that nailed the over medium eggs perfectly. Avoid Bradley Park and come here instead!

Staff barked at me in a very unwelcoming way as I tried to sit down. The staff might not want to talk to customers like animals. Waffle House is a seat yourself restaurant. Waffle was ok. Hash browns and sausage were overly greasy.
