Other than my kid loving her food. I would suggest hair nets for all in the future. The coupons was a great idea to setting things right and I could tell it was a honest mistake. Working in situations of fast pace I have been completely in those shoes but in a different location. Other than late discovery you would have gotten a better review. Please focus on better quality in viewing plates before serving the customers. Presentation is the key to a successful smile.

Stopped here after a day at wild adventures. The service was excellent. Our waitress was super friendly and interacted nicely with our children. The cook did an awesome job and in a very timely fashion. Everything was just as we ordered and delicious. We’ll be back next time.

I LOVE Waffle House! But this location should be called Awful House. It took several.monites before anyone acknowledged us. Then the drink order was taken and she started doing dishes! Took the order…..got two out three incorrect. Hash browns were potato sticks and the chili was burned as well as the waffle. She said we could keep it and a new one could e made. What am I going to do with a burnt waffle? Flying saucer? I will say they were friendly and the place was clean.

Customer service by the waitress “Sweat Pea” was excellent, you can tell that she has both her p’s and q’s with her customers and not only that but the chef, Joe is amazing as well with both the food and his people skills. Both make a great team and they hold great conversations with u as well with corny jokes that’ll make you laugh. Never did I ever like Waffle House but 10/10 experience, make you feel at home and can’t wait to go again.

My only complaint is that one of the employees decided to sweep the area where we were eating. There were only two tables in use when we arrived, so why not do the sweeping when no one was there!

Servers were polite, friendly and helpful. Prices was very good, wife and I got out for about $20 with tip. Place was clean for how busy they were. Great workers made this a 5 star for me.
