The food was fantastic I don’t like having to pay for the containers of to take the food to go. I gave a to go tip to the servers, it’s not their stupid rule. I would come back to this location at any time to eat!

Great Waffle House. We had the Texas Bacon Cheesesteak, cheeseburger, and chili. Everything was made in front of us and arrived hot and tasty. Our server, Takiah, was professional and courteous and made our visit enjoyable. One of the pleasures of a Waffle House is the old fashioned soda counter vibe and Takiah and the fabulous cook only made the vibe better. It was also fun to sit and watch the busy street from the big glass walls. Quick, tasty and fun. We will be back.

Falls short of 5 stars because I can never get them to answer the phone when I’m calling in an order. The food is standard fair American diner. Nothing fancy but fills the tummy. Being a national chain I’d expect prices to be a bit lower but they’re not outrageous. $12.00 per person plus tip and you’ve eaten good.

We couldn’t dine in because of such low staffing issues. The people that were there were very sweet. Great customer service. Took less than 10 mins from walking in, getting our food, and out. I took the ladys advice and tried the cheesesteak thing, was fantastic. Great food, service, I felt welcomed, it’s a great place to go. The cleanliness wasn’t the best, but as said above, they are extremely low staffed.

2 stars only because the service was great and the food was good. What’s the problem, your ask? The entire restaurant was filthy. At first I assumed it was because it was around 1pm on a Sunday, and they hadn’t had a chance to clean up after a rush. No. We sat at the counter, which was wiped all smeary, and the chair backs were sticky. Looking more closely as we sat there, the walls were dirty, the clear glass on the little fridge had not been cleaned in possibly months, every surface was fingerprinted, smeary and obviously not regularly cleaned. The floor, the walls, everything, dirty for quite a while. The waffle station grills had a really large amount of burned batter and grease looking buildup. Nothing was regular cleaned.

I have ordered take-out a few times in the past few months and noticed that the employees had been the same each time I’ve eaten here, and it shows; how nicely they function as a team to get everything prepared quickly. I walked in and placed the order; within 15 min I was headed out the door. Everything was warm and cooked exactly as I’d ordered. Thank you for your hard work!
