Place was clean. I stopped and placed my order. There was No one inside. I was the only one. AND THEY DIDN’T GET ORDER RIGHT AT ALL.. SHe called it out right (2x) the Cooks still messed it up..If I would of known it I would of never Tipped. Just for the fact if she would of paid attention the waitress should of noticed it was wrong.

They closed off half of the waffle house because people didn’t show up the employees. And the food wasn’t served hot and then I got a. Small Coke and then they charged me $2 for the refill. I’m talking about a small child Coke or a juice glass.

Sat April 1, 2023 1:10am the cook Dayton ignored us calling his name as he made our order wrong. Then he made the statement to his other cook they set there and called me 14xs. So he ignored us as if we weren’t talking to him, but the only thing I can assume the problem was was racist or don’t care about his job. Horrible customer service and after a long day like today traveling al the way from California it took everything in me and my family not to react. But we did make the statement so that they could hear us acknowledging the fact that he said he was ignoring us on purpose. As much as we wanted waffle house and talked about it with our friends from the west coast that never had it before. After this experience im done with this restaurant if this is the kind of people they hire. I’m a pilot and I always rush to waffle house when I’m in a city that has one. They won’t get another dime from me in my family. How ignorant of a person you have to be to ignore someone that’s paying you money to make something the way they want, and you ignore them.

Late lunch. My usual eggs, hash browns, waffle. They do have sugar-free syrup, if you ask for it. Quiet today. Usually the employees are carrying on, bantering with each other. Nice change to have a quiet meal.

Man I miss the old days. You know just a couple years ago before Covid came along and everybody went retarded. I remember the good ole days when the Waffle House was open 24hrs and the staff was friendly and you could go in there any time and eat a meal. I work second shift, and sometimes I am busy and do not get to take a lunch/dinner break, so sometimes I stop by Waffle House on the way home. Tonight I did so and the two ladies or whatever they were, it’s hard to tell these days, just looked at me and shook their heads no as if they were closed and the door was locked which really annoyed me because the website says they’re open 24hrs. This is not the only time this has happened. It’s happened to me multiple times at the Rincon location. Other times I have been told I could not dine in. Why I have no idea. I have walked in and said hello and sat down and waited for someone to come take my order but was ignored until I said something and then they tell me it’s to go only. The website says you’re open 24hrs. Unlock the door and get to work. I’m so sick of the days we’re living in where nobody is willing to work anymore. Change the hours on your website if you’re goin to be closed. What about us night shift people, Waffle House used to be the only thing open we could eat in the middle of the night. Now there’s nothing. The problem is you’d rather lock the door and say you’re closed so you don’t have to do anything. Pure laziness. Open the door I want some food. Get off your tail and do something with your life. -p.s not directed to Waffle House necessarily but to the staff that was working tonight at the Rincon location.

Dont Call Because They Wont Answer, Ignored Mine And My Fiances Calls. “No Problem, Itll Be Quick Since There Not Busy” I Think, 45 Mins After I Order I Watch A Workers “Homeboy” Order After Me And Get Served His Food Before I Did. Forgot Half My Order, My Fiances HashBrowns Burnt, Cheesy Grits Weren’t Chessy, Just Terrible Way To Spend My Dinner After A 12 Hour Shift. If You Got Time To Waste This Is For You. Hope You Have A Better Experience.
