We have been to several Waffle Houses all over Georgia. This location by far is one of the best in service, food quality and cleanliness. In fact when they opened their coolers inside was neat, clean and organized. My husband has worked in the food industry in the past and he noticed the cleanliness first. When I mentioned it to the Manager she attributed it to her team. Love this Waffle Houses!

Update: Y’all better do whatever you can to keep Shartyse employed because she is the only hope on her shift! She said she has only been employed 3 days but her work ethic is on point! She had to be doing the job of 3 ppl from what I could see! She was the only person waiting tables. She was kind and patient!

We’ve been going to Waffle House quite a while! We love waffles for dessert or snacks. Tonight when we went, the woman in charge was bashing another young working and verbally abusing her, telling her she didn’t know how to listen. She has waited on us in past and did a fabulous job. The woman in charge got two waffles out of maker and flipped in on plate. When she couldn’t get it to flip over with the tool, she flipped it with her hands that she had been handling her phone with! She made excuses when we brought it to her attention! We will not be going back there!!!

I wanted to give 4.5 stars but that’s not a an option that I see. The reason for this is, they don’t keep gift cards at their location. They told me I have to go to another business in order to get one so, I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that minor detail, the food is always great. My kid loves this Waffle House. Walt is his favorite cook. I’ve been tipping Walt for years. He is one of the kindest souls you’ll ever meet and a really good cook. <3
