I got the all star but instead of grits I added a waffle for $1 my total was like $13 y’all better run to Waffle House and get one the lady with locs in a ponytail put her foot in this food! I seen her do it! Lol

The 2 gentleman that were working were very pleasant Greeted us. Was prompt in taking order. The cook Made sure our food was on point. Both kept checking to see if we needed anything! Great teamwork and great service.

The music was loud, and it seemed like the employees didn’t want to be there. 1 guy just stood there talking. While the rest complained to each other about other people and their jobs.

Food hot and fresh, but we weren’t acknowledged for 10 minutes. We were about to leave, then server said she was going to clean a table. It was dirty, counters and waffle area terrible. Atmosphere was tense, and staff kept hovering and whispering. Maybe something happened before we got there

When I showed up at this waffle house they said that they were not serving at the time even though they had no one in the store. The waitress said that she had to clean the store before she could serve and that the other server did not leave the store clean.

Literally the worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Forgot to put in my order for an hour. The facility was disgusting. And staff was extremely rude. Would give less than one star if possible .

As to be expected from waffle house, it’s a waffle house. As a long time customer of the waffle houses in the area, I’m sorry to say I will not be back to this location, because of the cook. Her name was Crystal. She was distracted almost the whole time, with literally on 4 people in the dinner eating. I ask specifically for 3 THREE EGGS over easy, and she only cooked 2 TWO, and when I said do not charge me for the extra egg, she blatantly lied and she she did cook 3. And about half of my other food came out late. I asked for raisin toast, she gave me regular toast, and my waffle came out halfway through the meal. The incompetence and laziness, and audacity to try and argue with a paying customer, is unacceptable. She should be fired immediately. The waitress was great. That’s all I can say about the experience. Very disappointed.

Maybe it’s because I haven’t been in years and had longed for a real waffle the whole time but the All Star Breakfast (R) is still so satisfying! Gloria was a fabulous server and the cooks got tipped too!! Mom’s steak was cooked perfectly (rare is hard for most short order cooks)! Nothing negative!!
