I came in with 4 separate orders. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by every single employee. They happily took my orders and got right to work. There were several patrons eating at the restaurant but that did not slow them down one bit! GREAT JOB!!

My friend and I came here to get food. The food was delicious, always has been and always will be but it was the server that I am writing this review about I asked her to split the tip with the cook she denied doing that, she then proceeded to stand there and do basically nothing, and when our food was done, she forgot my drink. In my opinion, that is not worth the tip that I gave her that was supposed to be split anyway that cook should have gotten it all

Every time I come here, the staff are either high or working on getting there. The service is usually pretty good when Jamie is there but it gets frustrating when you have someone who can’t even remember what she is doing because she admittedly took a hydro. It was tolerable at first but it is getting to be every single visit. Smoke on your own time but do your job when you’re at work. Not a good look for the associates.

Horrible took my grandson there for breakfast with my oldest daughter and thank goodness they brought his sausage I was so mad that I took maybe four bites of my food the bill was right at 30 dollars. So we left and took him to Chick-fil-A. I will not be going back there and this is the one on Cleveland highway

Can’t really complain about the food from Waffle House. I ordered the All Star breakfast and my wife got an omelette with cheese and raisin bread and it’s always the food was good. There wasn’t really a long wait other than the natural cooking of the food and the staff was pretty friendly. I have always appreciated a good friendly staff normal wait times and a good family friendly environment. Thanks and we look forward to our next breakfast here.

The waitress took our order didn’t write half of it down ! Took it back to be prepared and came back and asked us if she had takin our order yet didn’t even give me my drink after she asked me what I wanted. Came back about 10 mins later got our order the second time after finally serving my drink. Don’t even think she payed snuff attention to our order the second time bc she still forgot the raisin toast and the grits I had ordered with my meal. Had to repeat my order several times to her and she appeared to be on something because she kept talking about another customer that was previously in their that had been drunk and had went to the bathroom and left the door open with his NO NO SPOT out and came back and told us customers about it! We went ahead and got our order to go had to check the order after it was prepared and ready to go had to check make sure it was correct and she left out the raisin toast , grits , apple butter etc. then after paying for our order and was backing up to leave she comes outside the restaurant and waving us down to tell us that we didn’t leave her a tip! My friend said ugh no mam we didn’t u forgot our order had to order it twice we aren’t tipping for bad service. Have a good night. Then we left as we walked out their was others that hadn’t ordered that just walked out and left as well. Seems to be like someone that can take charge and hold a crew down needs to be their to manage that place on nights!!!
