This place is the worst place with. Customers service. There’s a Caucasian waitress by the name Amber who refuses to do her job because her fellow teammate wouldn’t stay and help her run the shift when the other worker didnt show up. After having to tell her to hurry up which she claim to be communicating with some Hispanics told me to leave. I refuse to and she called the police. For being a BLACK man who just wanted some of their not so good but convenient food. I understand company needs people to work for them, you all need to offer a customer service corse before hiring . Service just ain’t what it use to be plus I pay you for your service and Im a great tipper. Amber that money you lost tonight.

Food isn’t as good as it use to be. I usually eat there at least two three times a month. I don’t know what changed, but food isn’t as good as it use to be, seems rushed and just no real care at preparation of the food. Especially when it ls take out.

So this particular Waffle House wasnt the best …i wanted a texas bacon chicken patty melt i had ny heart set on it too .. anyways she brought the fiod to the table and they were patty melts no chicken she offered to cook a piece of chicken to throw on it its just not the same and she was gonna charge us for it anyways… needless to sayvi got stuck with the patty melt.. however the place was clean well put together as it should be the hash browns they were amazing !!!!

Can’t call to place an order, so I went inside. Sat at the bar for almost 15 minutes with dirty dishes still sitting there & the staff never even acknowledged my existence. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant and there were at least 3 employees. This Waffle House sucks.
