Other than it being extremely cold (which I think is a Waffle House trademark) I love this place. Now I only visit in the wee hours of the night (morning) but I have always had great service, great atmosphere and my absolute favorite cook for the meal that I have. He is by the greatest cook I have encountered!!

this is the best waffle house we have ever been to. we went during breakfast rush so there was a bit of a wait. after about 6 or 7 minutes we were able to get a table ordered our food and within 2 minutes got our food. everything was cooked perfectly

This has to be the best Waffle house in the state of Georgia! The staff was friendly and the service was absolutely fantastic! They truly work as a team to give there guest the best experience!

Last night, my wife and I experienced the most racist waitress who was talking with a group of other white people. We sat down and waited for over 15 minutes. One of the guys in their group said, you got customers, the waitress (giggling and playing with the group refused to come to our table) said loudly, “they can wait or they can leave” Finally, the cook came from the back and apologized for how we were treated and said he would take the order. The cook had to bring utensils to the table because the waitress refused to serve us. Other white customers were already eating. To top it off, instead of her walking pass our table to get to the restroom, she literally jumped across the counter to avoid walking by our table. It’s 2023 and 2 senior citizen, african americans are still being treated this way.

Great food and outstanding service from our server tonight! The gentleman server was very attentive to the needs of the customers and very friendly, which is rare these days with many of the local restaurants.

Came in between shift change I assume, guy taking trash and breaking boxes down outside came in with same gloves and never changed them before getting back on the grill, my husband did watch him take the dirty gloves off after that order wash his hands and fresh gloves on before we ordered, my waitress never came back to refill our drinks and egg shells were in the scramble eggs. But the waffles were good.

We were there for 20 mins before we even got asked what to drink. Then probably another 10 mins before getting it which was coffee. The cook could not fix our omelet without trying twice. I asked 2xs for my toast and got it right before I was finished. We got the wrong hash browns and no good service. Done with our favorite place to eat! Do better waffle house!!

My Boyfriend and I came in about 10:50 PM, When we arrived we were greatest but the store was already nasty the floor had chick wings on them and bags from other restaurants on the floor nobody had swept we sat down at the tables and I could barely get the menu off the table is stuck to the table, the table smelled liked old dish water. When she took our order. When we told her our order she wrote the order down and she still did not get the order correct, I was missing my bacon and extra egg I asked for. I went to check the receipt to see if I was charged for it but I could not even tell she just had the amount she told us it would be on there along with two togo charges on the receipt. I was very disappointed and what made the situation worse was when I called to inform them of the situation by the time I got home I couldn’t even get anyone on the phone. I think this is ridiculous and I will not be giving waffle house my money anymore. It does not seem to matter what waffle house I go to It seems like there is always a problem and when something does happen you can not get anyone on the phone to even tell them of the issues. I feel they are very unprofessional and I can not support a business like this.
