I’m hoping my waitress was new and maybe extremely inexperienced because service was terrible. Our food was served all at different times, silverware came after the fact and so did drinks (she also said there was only one waffle maker?). My side of hash browns came once we were finished eating. She brought me the check and we didn’t even have all of our food served yet. I’ve served for years so it was a bit bizarre that no one overshadowed her or bothered asking us how everything was and it wasn’t busy at all. I’m giving 3 stars only because the food was good.

Our food was served 3 different times all 3 times the food wasn’t right. They never could get our order right. The food was awful. The steak cheese omelet was nasty did not even look like an omelet. The eggs were brown and greasy. The waiterss did not have a clue what she was doing. Our drinks never got refilled. We will never eat there agian.

YALL DONT EXPECT ANY TIPS FROM ME WHEN YALL CHARGE A $4 TOGO FEE. You can’t even call your food in there’s no phone that rings…. so i still go and wait 45 minutes for food with no drink. I MEAN HECK IF I EAT IN THERE I CAN AT LEAST GET REFILLS. I call the phone inside the restaurant while waiting on my “TOGO” food no ring nothing. But y’all want me to pay a $4 togo fee, and all that’s in the bag is 3 waffle house sauces YALL WILL NEVER GET A TIP FROM ME ON A TOGO ORDER LOL

Went in, ordered and waited over an hour for food and never received it. Other tables who walked in after us got served and were finished before us. Told the cook we were waiting for food and said “so is everyone”. Will never be going back to this location again. We left money to cover our beverages that weren’t water and left

Food was obviously great, just like every WH. The employees here not so great,Lackadaisical, no motive, didn’t know what area they were working. There was 8 working and only 5 customers, still took 5 min to get my order taken from the lady sitting next to who was 1 of 6 that were just sitting. However they all were nice and very bright attitudes and my waitress bought me hash browns because she didn’t hear me say 2 orders……………. .. went back this morning and the service was completely opposite from last night.

It took us a long time to get our food, and when we got it, it was wrong. We accepted it because of the wait time, but we also had to wait another 15 minutes for the waffles they forgot. Our server Omaya (She took over for our original waiteress who stopped caring and disappeared into the back) seemed to be the only one who cared and the only one working hard, an example the others should follow. She did her best to make everything right and for that we’re thankful. The overall restaurant seemed very chaotic and lacking leadership.

Late lunch on a Sunday for 2. Several employees we’re available and 5 customers. Dining room floor still wet from a spill. Omelet was presented as an old fashion because they didn’t have time to put the eggs on the multi mixer to fluff them up. Was told they were to busy. Had to ask for butter for the toast. Texas melt was pressed so hard I thought I was eating jerky and with no taste.

This waffle house was super clean. The staff was great and food was good. They charge a 10% that goes to the person preparing the food as well as 10% for supplies on all take out orders.

I have frequented this Waffle House almost every Saturday morning for one and a half years. I enjoy the meals. My problem is with the personnel and service. I go to this establishment because it’s close to my house. In all the times I have visited, I have never been welcomed, greeted or treated with friendliness. But, I guess it’s because I am a senior citizen and not a college-age kid. I observe constantly that they are treated like royalty. This morning I visited and sat ignored for twenty minutes. I eventually got up and left. I went to a different Waffle House and was treated like a dignitary.

Went in, sat for 20 mins without being acknowledged. Employees made eye contact multiple times but never said a word, much less offer menus. They weren’t even that busy, maybe 7 or 8 others were there and they all had already been served. Will not be back.
