This is my second time visiting this location. The first time was great including the food. But tonight, a totally different experience. First of all, if I am dining in, then present my food to me in a plate. Not the bottom of a to-go plate just so you don’t have to wash any dishes . Then the cook gets an attitude because I asked for a real plate. Secondly, the waffle was as hard as a rock, not even edible and the waitress knew it was garbage when she put it on the table because she stated “let me know if you want it re-done” before I could attempt to eat it. At this point, throw the whole store in the trash. I canceled my order paid for my granddaughters because she was hungry and will never visit again. And I made certain NOT to leave a tip because the what am I tipping you for?

Rude. As soon as I walked in they said ma’am we fresh out of everything. Then said what you want. When I told the cook my order, the cashier said ready to pay?! The. Charged me more then what I normally pay. Then rolled the cook rolled her eyes at me when I asked to make my hashbrowns a double. The place wasn’t cleaned. Never asked if I was dinning in or taking out. Very rude, worse atmosphere waffle house I have ever been too. I will not be back there. I was going to dine in but could tell I wasn’t wanted there.

Came to this location after work around 5:15am and was told that the waitress/server was about to leave and she was counting down her drawer and the cook informed me that she wasn’t taking any orders until 7am because she wasn’t touching the waitress cash drawer. A car pulls up I’m thinking that it’s another guest who was trying to eat, so I tell him that they was not taking orders. Instead the waitress and him sit down outside for a chat and he goes in to get a drink. Poor customer service!

Worst Wafflehouse at night to go to. I get here, it’s 2 cars here. Which is probably the employees. I walk in and the the 2 employees inside tells me, the cook is on break. As a person with a red and black jacket and hoody is cooking. That person says…. “Im not the cook”.

Been going here for years Mike & Ms Prissy have and always been my go to! They make you feel like your business matters and you’re not a bother food is good and their customer service is EXCELLENT! The reason for the four stars is the time a day matters for the customer service given. I prefer during the week mornings or “maybe” a weekend (mornings) late night or evening is a hit or miss depending on whose there unfortunately it’s another young lady there named Richiti hope I’m spelling it right she’s really nice and pleasant. The manager I think “he is” or area/district manager which is worse can he be rude and uninviting light skin gentleman with a bald head (JESSE), doesn’t even acknowledge or speak to his returning/incoming customers, he’s like that with his staff and some customers not all he has his “favorite/regular customers and his side kick which was also a floor manager they BOTH cook as well. I’ve witness and overheard both of them belittle their employees and talk down to them in front of customers and to some customers UNPROFESSIONAL, rude & condescending nevertheless I placed my order and left after a very long wait, your job as a leader is to LEAD and motivate your employees keep the morale up and customers coming back. I come back only for Mike & Ms Prissy two of the longest standing employees at this location. Demeé is the best very personable and always pleasant (Anvil Block) Do better management! Good Job Mike & Ms Prissy. Once I remember the other pleasant ladies name I will update my post (done above Demeé) she’s been there for a while now too the ONLY REASON for the 4 stars is because of the two employees listed above they ARE the reason

As a trucker, I travel all over the country, and my experience here was one of my best. County Tom, Jr. was friendly, polite, and provided us with outstanding service! The food was excellent and the store was clean. Will definitely stop in the next time I’m in town.

Got greeted by a very rude white server who immediately told me that I couldn’t do to go orders, even though the sign said I had to sit at a open booth to place a Togo order . I was prepared to sit and place my Togo order and even tip but now I will not ever eat at this Waffle House and will be email corporate about how I was treated. Very rude and belligerent
