I had the best rock star cook I’ve ever had at any waffle house. Name was James he was incredible to watch. Very fast efficient and quiet. No shenanagans.

I got what one would expect from a Waffle House. Staff was prompt to get our drinks and take our order, only issue I had was getting a table cleaned off when we first arrived. Overall, a pleasant experience and I would come back.

I’m a regular at this Waffle House, and the times I’ve visited, I’ve always been impressed with how KK manages the place. She is quick and effective and seems to know the business well! Mrs. Gail is my usual server, and she is phenomenal! It’s Waffle House, so wait time depends on the crowd. You can call ahead, but during shift change or when busy, they may not answer. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness or food quality. My food is always on point!!

This is by far the worst waffle house I’ve ever encountered. I have been working in this area for 6 years and I’ve never seen a group/or staff who didn’t have a clue as to what it means to have good customer service. They may as well move this waffle house to the slumest part of atlanta. They are always closed and for some reason the feel it nessasary to clean the grill ALL NIGHT. WHO CLEANS THE GRILL FOR A WHOLE SHIFT. My opinion to the owner, set up some hidden cameras so you can see for yourself how your midnight crew is running your establishment into a bottomless pit. You grill master and especially your waitress ( with the purple hair and glasses) take more cigarette breaks than a Vietnam vet. Lastly, for anyone who would like to experience great customer service and awesome food without the cigarette crumbs and locked doors everyday, try Kenny’s breakfast on Anvil Block. I guarantee you’ll never go to this waffle house again…I know I won’t.

This is CLUB Waffle House…loud as hell music that a) is inappropriate for work and a restaurant and b) ruined my opportunity at a peaceful breakfast. Food was good, but the worst dine in experience of any WaHo.

I went there at 6:05am today and was told I couldn’t order because the cook was cleaning the grill and he gets off at 7am. I thought they were 24/7….smh. I’ll never go back!

Can not eat in, but yet most other sit down restaurants are fully opened back up. Very rude about it as well. Tables are chained off, chairs for counter seats stacked by bathrooms.

This location has no desire to be courteous to their customers. The cashier at the front of the store refused to let us know that they were “closed” after watching us pull up and walk to the door. She then proceeded to smirk as if she didn’t care that we had to turn around. Most locations will wave a hand and I’ve even had a cashier walk out to my car to let me know that they were closed for thirty minutes if we wanted to wait! It’s not even ten minutes after 8:00pm so I find it hard to understand why the doors are locked and a customer is being served inside but we couldn’t get served? My partner and I will not be returning to this location!

Might be wrong might be right but ima say it I was nothing but polite on my visit but because I was the only white guy in the restaurant I couldn’t get the waitress to take my order she even started taking other peoples orders that had come in behind me and just ignored me. So I got up and left because it was clear I wasn’t gonna be waited on! I’m the type that gives any and everyone the chance to be a decent human and the workers that were working on 7/15/2022 were not being decent people. The time was 11:30 pm if the owners sees this I would hope he could correct it so other customers that visit their location aren’t made to feel like they are less than!!!!!!
