What a surprise and disappointment. Not one person from the waffle house team greeted my party upon arrival or attempted to provide any level of customer service. After not being seated or acknowledged for several minutes my party just left the restaurant to go to another restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed. I’ve never experienced this level of no customer service.

Went to waffle house in palmetto, got turned down with other customers inside which really made me kind of mad. Drove 10 mins down to this location. Friendly employees, good spirits and great food. Totally night and day. If anyone is in palmetto area please save your self the headache and drive 10 more minutes down the road. Its worth it. By far cleanest best waffle house

Perfect service! I placed a pickup order on sunday. When I arrived at the restaurant they were very busy but that didn’t keep them from giving great service. My food was hot and ready when I arrived and the staff was kind and warm. I have never had an issue when eating at this Waffle House. Thank you for your excellent service!

I was 1 of 4 people in the place, the others already had food when I came in. I ordered a sausage and cheese omelet with wheat toast no hash browns. Went washed my hands cane back looked over and nothing cooking no one at grill….the waitress comes out says sorry your food will be out in a minute then the woman working grill came out and started to make it, she was the one who was was slamming dishes in sink so loud when I entered it was ridiculous. And I know the sink is tight there and you’ll hear some noise but I worked at a waffle house for a year at the busiest times you can make it not be loud like that,
