Says they are 24 hours but only does to go service only. While still charging the 10% gratuity that is known for Waffle House to go orders. Never in all my travels across the United States have I come across this type of service from a Waffle House. This is an embarrassment to the company. The food was still good at least.

Went in yesterday with my family around 3pm and the service was great. Although there was only 1 employee working in the whole restaurant he handled everything perfectly. He spoke to everyone nicely, advised he was alone and apologized yet he kept a smile on his face the whole time. He kept things in order and brought everything out correctly. Even the food was the best we’ve had in a while from a Waffle House.

Breakfast was delicious, and the service was great; but the floor was absolutely FILTHY!!! There was plenty of idle time in between customers, so any of the 4 people there could have cleaned up all the napkins, trash, and sticky stuff that was on the floor instead of constantly sitting down talking about non work-related stuff.

We were told to get up from the bar to wait for someone to wipe it down. It doesn’t take long to wipe a counter down and the cook who told us to get up could have honestly wiped it down himself. We waited a few minutes then left. Heard cook snickering “yeah, go on, get out”, so clearly they didn’t want our business. Visit any other WH location except this one.

I wish I could give zero stars, the service here is horrible. I ordered to go and the girl taking my order was on her phone not paying any kind of attention I had to say we are ready to order she kept looking at her phone and said go a head and order. I started to order she was very annoyed that we were there and ordering food. We were adding food to our order and she said no we couldn’t do it and after explaining to her she could charge it as a side but place it on there she got an attitude. If my kids hadn’t asked me for it I would have left. Do not come to this Waffle House they will have an attitude because they have to do their job.

Second time being scammed by waffle house in the exact same way. I got all the way home realized half my order was not in the bag. I called and they did not answer. I went up there and they close 13 hours early. Reporting the charge as fraud and this will be my last time eating waffle house. I definitely want the tip back

The food and service was terrible I’ve been to many waffle houses all over and by far this was the worst. The cashier/server with the orange/red hair was RUDE ignoring questions from customers. I waited 40 mins for a t bone, eggs and grits while my food was sitting there getting cold. Other customers were asking who was the manager and no one would say anything . Restaurant #1455 is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!

The girl with the braces and the other black witness are rude and unprofessional. I waited over 30 minutes for my food, where 7 of those minutes my food was sitting on the counter. A family came in, and the waitress w/o the braces yelled a family because they sat down. The waitress smiled, RUDE! The family left, shortly after I left. I can’t spend my money where people don’t have common kindness it’s not hard.
