When you call them to place a order you get a message that they’re limiting phone orders to take care of the customers in the restaurant; however, when you get to the restaurant one person was in there eating. Was not busy, the workers were having conversations and on their phones.

A server attempted to take my order, but I couldn’t go through with it. His fingers were chewed down to the nubs and it looked like dried blood or possibly seasoning from hot chips traced all around the lining of his fingers At least throw on some gloves to save customers their appetite…yuck

I often visit this Waffle House restaurant late nite when most places locally are closed and unfortunately, my experience was not great. The pace of the restaurant was extremely slow and the service was lacking. Not only did they get my order wrong and forget things, but on one late-night visit, the cook had quit just as I walked in, leaving the server unable to take orders or cook food. It’s disappointing that even during non-busy hours, the restaurant couldn’t keep up with the demand. Overall, my experience at this Waffle House location was not good due to slow service, mistakes with orders, and understaffing. I would recommend finding another location to dine at.”

MJ gave great customer service but that big sloppy looking guy cooking the food is rude… food was dry and not cooked properly and he forgot two items…and my sausages. The manager blamed MJ which I seen her tell him the complete order. Then he served cold scatter potatoes he was trying to be funny…

Came into the restaurant, and the tables were dirty. I had to ask multiple times to have the table cleaned. I eventually asked for a rag to clean the table myself. The staff was very reluctant to serve us after sitting down and was given menus after saying we needed them. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to this location.
