Me and my daughter went to get a late night snack. We drove from a different town which is just right there close kind of but still we went in 2 people were sitting at the bar 4 officers were at a booth but were leaving we stood there for bit with the cook and waitresses were complaining non stop some one else walked in they told him then us oh we are closed we are closing up because we do not have any waitresses because the only one there was leaving it was her time to get off all the others that were supposed to be working walked out on them a little earlier so the cook was left by himself we did not really need a waitress we just wanted a waffle and a pattymelt to go. We were still denied services. We had to end up going to Thomaston. We did get what we wanted though thank you Thomaston waffle house.

The food and service was good. The coffee was really burnt but they didn’t charge us for it even though we did drink it and got a second cup. The floor couldve been cleaner but overall good experience.

2 of the staff were incredibly rude (1 waitress and the cook) with bad attitudes and constant complaining. Saw customers leave angrily after having waited 15 minutes for their order to be remade. Cook on the line was giving conflicting messages for call and not calls to waitresses. Very disorganized. Single waitress (Rea) had a positive attitude trying to lighten the mood and do the best they could. Not a helpful environment in the store tonight.

Just left upon getting our order Noone came back to check on us top off coffee nor bring apple butter that was clearly asked for at ordering.. we then went to leave waitress stated she got busy and forgot to write us a ticket .. us another couple fellas at the bar and another table in the whole place .. 3 to 4 folks behind the counter .. when we were leaving and did not leave a tip the waitresses threw napkins back on the table and was mouthing off and I saw the whole thing and she knows I did ..
