Great WH experience! Very busy location right by the freeway. Our server, Makala, was so sweet and friendly. Our food came quickly exactly how it was ordered. She was very kind and attentive. I just want to say that I’m not sure if I have ever left a 5 star review for a business. I have rarely ever left a review for any business as a matter of fact. This morning I stopped into this location and was graciously greeted by each employee that noticed me. I felt very welcome, and all of my expectations exceeded. I quickly got my coffee, and very promptly got exactly what I ordered as well. The presentation of my food was excellent and cooked perfectly. Which is a pleasant surprise for me, being that I love to cook and am a harsh food critic. The waitress I had along with the young gentleman who stated steadily cleaning tables and asking if I needed anything we’re both wonderful. The cooks along with the rest of the staff were all seemingly in a very positive mood. I will now recommend this location over all local waffle houses. Such a great and wonderful breakfast experience.

Had a hard time getting a consensus on where to eat so we feel back to our only restaurant that everyone will eat at. Food is always good and everyone has their favorites. We don’t even need menus. Service is great and the price is right. This location is highly recommended.

The old man Jeffro with no teeth and white shirt (greeter) would not seat me just now. He took my name as I came in., did offer the bar., and I kindly told him., I didn’t want the bar seating.(Covid) and too close sitting to strangers. There was one couple in front of me. I came in by myself and he was taking all the people that came in way after me. Like two other groups. I asked why is he seating people before me., and he points to a sign showing on the wall near the bathroom., saying “seats reserved for two people or more” smh!!! I am spending money here as they wanted to seat me at the long table sitting on top of someone else. No thank you! Poor poor policy! I have never experience this at this Waffle House or ANY Waffle House coming by myself. Shame on you Waffle House! I am reporting him to corporate! And this is AFTER I waited too! I drove 15 minutes to Douglasville and sat at the smaller booth along the window. They said here in Douglasville, they have never heard of such policy! (The picture is Douglasville) where I got great service. Villa Rica Waffle House… YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO CORPORATE!

The best Waffle House in the area ! I was turned around at the Mirror Lake (Conners rd) location because they were “too short staffed to do Togo orders” which didn’t make sense considering they were seating guests & taking dine in orders … I NEVER have an issue at this location, food is always cooked to perfection! Friendly staff as well (morning & night shift ) will continue to frequent this location!
