Did the “obligatory” 2:30 am visit. (totally sober!!) just a very long day. Service was great. The staff had just the right amount of conversation and recommendations and the cook did a perfect job. What can you say? It’s Waffle House and for me it’s always a guaranteed good meal.

Man this place went down hill fast! Not only do they charge 10% for take out also 10% for the person who packages it. In all fairness I always tip but 20% and the food was not good Soggy Nasty and I want to warn everyone so they don’t go here!!!!

I walked in, sat down, the cook who is cleaning up from what was a crazy busy night, stops what he is doing, and comes and sets my table and asks what I want to drink, then proceeds to cheerfully take my order. I commented my amazement, and he said, I’m not sure where your server is, soooo….” Always nice to see teamwork!

If you want good service this is not the waffle house for you. We have had to leave because employees were standing holding the door instead of clearing the 4+ dirty tables. It’s one thing to be patient while employees are working hard but for them to be literally doing nothing is ridiculous.

We stopped at WH this am. I sat in a booth at the far end of bldg. It was so cold, we finally told our waitress that we will not eat cold food, and we will not pay for it. She immediately sat us in another booth after a customer had left. This was much warmer. The staff members who are working on this end of restaurant today needs to have corporate paying her for the money she is losing because it is so cold and the customers will reposition themselves at a warmer table when 1 is available. Staff are losing tips because this end of restaurant is freezing. Corporate management, you know the heating and air is so cold, and not working on this end of building, so fix it, ASAP. The staff at this location are very pleasant, fast to wait & serve the customers food. But corporate you have caused your staff to lose money this week…. Fix the problem now!

Breakfast is always pretty good here, but when the server and cook pay good attention to what you need , it’s pretty great! We even somehow got a plate of pickles. Yes, we asked for a plate of pickles and no one acted like we were insane. I don’t know how these late night servers even put up with the people they do. Ours was really good!
