The waitress with orange hair, Emily was absolutely amazing. She gave us great service, positive attitude, and a welcoming smile. Definitely the best waffle house experience I have had in a long time! The food was hot & fresh and cooked to how I asked for.

The manager who’s name is Josh was extremely unprofessional and was very hostile. I hate leaving bad reviews and I believe this is my first one. However, I have honestly never had such an uncomfortable experience in my life at any establishment and I definitely recommend going to a different location. I hope Josh learns how to treat customers in the future so that he doesn’t make anyone else feel this uncomfortable.

So, I went maybe 2 weeks ago , Emily was my server and was super super sweet , but there was hair in my food and Josh who claimed to be the manager came over trying to help & told us when we came back it was on him. Today, we went in and emily was super sweet and helpful and tried talking to him but he had an attitude saying he did not remember while she literally pointed to the table we sat at trying to remind him and the whole time “the manager” Josh just kept giving my friend and I dirty looks as we paid almost in full (thankful that Emily gave us at least 10% off. It is extremely unprofessional , as a manager you are supposed to set an example for ur team. Being rude to customers because they had a bad experience is not doing that. This location should redo a training on how to treat customers. People pay to come in and eat not to be given obvious dirty looks. I didnt even ask for a free meal , emily was trying to take care of us and josh was just not having it. Very disappointing…

I noticed that the waitress only asked some people if they want a receipt when I enquired on how come my food was so high she never offered me a receipt however I had a sausage with bacon and cheese sandwich and it was $10.85 she said the bacon was extra which is obvious but there was also a charge for leaving I could have gone across the street to IHOP and got a complete meal for $5 more that’s something to think about also the floor was very dirty and it smelled like something I won’t be back proceed at your own risk

Amazing customer service! Someone opened the door for me and said good morning. Right after I walked in, the whole crew said good morning to me. I haven’t even gotten my food yet and I am already having a great experience. Big Red is our server and he came and took our order within the first 3min of us sitting down. I will definitely be coming back!

The service and waitstaff here is rather unattentive. We ordered drinks and food at the same time, and received our food before our drinks. They forgot basics like straws and syrup for our waffles until we mentioned them. They also took forever to give us the check to the point that we had to get up and pay for it. The staff all seem like a bunch of kids, and near the end of our meal they all seemed to have left. The food was competently prepared but our service and experience wasn’t great.

Customer service isn’t bad, however prioritizing is key, had ordered carry out walked to gas station and sat in my car for 10 minutes. When I went I receive my food the order was just being called out. I’d understand if they were busy but this was not the case
