First of all, story time for all you newbies who are new to the south and dont know about this Waffle House life….We walked in and it was PACKED. The wait would be about 30min. We noticed 4 open seats at the bar area. We sat down and was served quickly. The bar is open seating! First come first serve. Dont just stand against the wall. The staff was AWESOME even though they were swamped! You go to some Waffle House locations and they are just so angry. This location is one of the best. You even get hot water for your utensils to make sure they are nice and clean. They also have 2 of the BEST cooks.

I stopped coming to the location because of BAD customer service experience and today I tried to give this location another chance. I went into the restaurant to place a Togo order only for my kids and they wouldn’t take my order because they wasn’t staffed for 2nd shift! So basically the 1st wasn’t taking ANY MORE orders they was done for today clearly. Bad customer service again!!! That’s very disappointing because I gave them another chance to give good customer service.

I was going to meet my family Sunday night about 9pm.I was the first to arrive when I walked in one of the employees came out and ask me another customer to wait outside because he was waiting on a co-worker to show up. The other customer became upset and started to complain. When I walked outside he yelled that the white car is who he was waiting on. The lady got out and started arguing with the other customer. I told my husband we are leaving. This was very unprofessional, and we will never be back. We are regular customers of Waffle House but this one is to Jerry Springer for me. SMH

It’s so hard to get any service at any waffle house anymore. I walked in and there were people sitting at the tables and the lady at the register Said they weren’t taking orders. No explanation no comment on why there were others eating. I just decided it wasn’t worth my trouble

Just left the place. Lady tells us that they don’t dine in and that they dining on Bolton Rd. She lied! Then walks outside to say we can dine in after we are pulling off. Not happy with the employment at this location at all. Will follow up with the owner. Bolton Rd. Employee stated that he doesn’t do dine in after 9pm. We have to do better as people. So dissatisfied with The Awful Waffle.

Been here 4 times, 2 those times the dinning area was closed and to go only… at normal breakfast hours… personally I think the location should close if it can’t operate to serve its guests. . . The ones around here have no issues staying open with serve options … the 2 times the dinning area was open was odd later morning or mid day…
