Definitely a favorite but more for the memories than the food I think. Depending on the visit the experience can vary a bit. Good service one day then not so much the next. Food is usually a bit more consistent. The one thing that needs to be improved is the cleanliness. The food prep area cook tops are always a mess and sometimes just dirty. Feels like the company is just going through the motions knowing that their base customers aren’t going anywhere. But they need to draw in new people as well.

Attitude of waitress before we even came in set the tone – she was obviously not happy people were pulling in the parking lot. Then carrying food and beverage pressed against her dirty apron, asking for plasticware (for an elderly COPD Lady) with eye roll, food cold when it got to the table, food not cooked as requested, asking twice for a knife to cut pork chops then getting our own only to be told well just help yourself. Unclean booths, employees with bad hygiene, and attitudes from employees I won’t be back. Wouldn’t have stayed that night but we had just left the ER and my mother in law was hungry. The only good thing that night/early morning was the pecan waffle we all shared. Disappointed

Haven’t been to this Waffle House before. Hanna served me and she was great.She got to me fast, made sure I got my food quickly, and checked up on me frequently. Order was correct and good. I was taken care of and they were very busy. Standing room only literally. I’ll be back again for sure .

Food wasn’t cooked as instructed. Some food had to be remade. Service was a little off, however I believe the server was new so that was understandable service wise. Only one other worker acknowledged/spoke to us and I think she may have been the manager or some one with time and experience with the company. I wish I had gotten her name, she saved the day for us concerning our food. Will go back again.

This was a very busy morning for WH but the staff was well organized and in their place. All servers and cooks seemed happy. Restaurant was very clean and food was just perfect and was received very timely…just well done.

I truly don’t give a flying damn about the food at waffle house. If you have been to one, you have been to them all. What blew my mind was that the goddess of a server I had that day… Yes we still talk to this day.

The service was great, the food was fantastic (the waffles were crispy, y’all!), and it was surprisingly clean compared to the really old WaHos that were smoked in. I know, I know, 5 stars for a Waffle House seems nuts (some folks don’t get it), but it was just that pleasant.

I know most waffle houses are racist, but the one in Bremen, made me wait over 20 mins for coffee and did not acknowledge me standing at their register. They were not friendly and acted like I wasn’t suppose to be there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO A WAFFLE HOUSE It’s 2023 not 1923. Equality for all people is my standard and I see they have no standards
