Zo and Tee were more than accommodating and helpful. They made my experience so wonderful. I’ve lived in Atlanta and the metro my whole life, and these two really went above and beyond to make my experience great. Especially at this location. I will definitely be returning if they’re here. The staff at this location has no manners. As soon as my wife and I walked in we saw a few empty tables. We decided to sit in one of the booths as there was no one waiting for a table. As we were sitting down, we got yelled at in front of everyone. Maybe the staff didn’t like our race. Long gone are the days of Waffle House being a welcoming establishment. We decided to leave because I will not spend money on a business that is rude to its customers. Don’t try to fix this by apologizing. Fix this issue by training your staff on customer service.

Nice and a cozy place for a late night dining, and good place to take a short stop for a light meal during long travels. People here were really good, though the service may sometimes take time due to less people working and a bigger crowd.

Poor girl trying to be waitress was way over her head. Brought us 2 waffles and nothing else even though we ordered full breakfasts. We got up and left 2 cold waffles.

Horrible!!!!!! I ordered food to take out and waited over an hour for a breakfast to go. I paid ahead of time, because I was in a hurry. The staff is unorganized, and although u wouldn’t say they are rude, there wasn’t much of a service to compliment upon. I don’t like to complain but I did inquire about my meal on three separate occasions. The first 40 minutes went by and I told the waitress that waited on me that I was going to run to Publix and I will be right back, when I came back the food was still not ready!! I asked the other waitress for a refund and explained the situation, she walked over to the Cook and told her the situation, the cook nonchalantly said it would be ready soon. my waitress apologized but everything was so nonchalant. I asked for syrup there was none in the bag. No ketchup was put in the bag,ceverything was a mess! bacon overcooked. I then left a message for the manager I called in the number, and I never got a response. The kids come after the football games sometimes from the high school, and I’m going to suggest another location or perhaps going to Denny’s. This experience was absolutely horrible.
