There is no customer service at this location. I walked in this morning and the younger Caucasian girl was the only one that spoke up and said good morning. There is this African American women, possibly from Jamaica. She is just nasty. She never speaks, she never smiles, she always staring like you just fell off the moon into Waffle House. The food this morning was HORRIBLE and full of grease. Something told me to go to the one on Lakes Parkway but I hate passing by work to get food. Last time at this location. Get better people that want to work. There is no way she’s making money with an attitude like that.

Our waitress was excellent, and the food was good. The only reason I gave a 3 for atmosphere is because two women came in with 5 small children who couldn’t be still, and we had to move. One of the women was offended because we didn’t want to sit next to her and all those children and tried to talk smack. People need to understand that not everyone likes children, especially when they’re a bit unruly. While that’s not the restaurant’s fault, it still made it unpleasant.

Food was good, however sometimes the smothered hash browns are not really smothered. The onions are booked cooked. The bacon was overcooked. Cooks should pay attention to the small details. I look forward coming back.

Definitely hit or miss. Came back after a while and my order was wrong twice! First they forgot that I asked for something not to be added. It was anyways. Then had to ask to be redone. Food came out wrong still!

This Waffle House was so perfect! From the food to the cleanliness, everything was excellent. The service was the best I’ve ever received in the 23 years of living here in Metro ATL. This is now my new favorite Waffle House! I will definitely be making the trip to L’ville to have a great meal with great service! A++

So I called in a order this morning to my surprise I was charged a $1.00 Togo supply fee AND a $1.00 Togo service fee. Really Waffle House!!!!Then only to get home and find my plate has visibly molded bread. Completely disgusted and disappointed.
