I really like going to the Waffle House. However, in my opinion, there are some things that they could improve. Wait on your customers’ quicker, fewer cell phone conversations, and / or just on them while customers are waiting to be served.

I went there and ordered the All-Star breakfast I asked for my eggs to be cooked soft not runny but just soft as for bacon ask for raisin toast with apple butter and hash browns with onions what I got was some eggs that they cracked over the heat stir them around a bit and brought them to my table they were so runny and gross they bought me a cup of onions that were charred and told me to add those to my hash browns then when I proceeded to have a conversation about why the food was served as such the manager Caucasian woman with the butt in the back of her head never came to the table to talk to me acted as if she was far too busy to take care of a customer concern and then still wanted to charge me full price for the poor food and poor service

I just left this location. The server nor the cook washed their hands. I told her that I wanted an order scrambled light, well bacon and grilled white toast buttered on both sides. The only thing correct about my order was the grits and the iced water. So i left. Please get it together.

Classic waffle house experience. Very friendly staff, cold dining room, and good, cheap waffles. Absolutely perfect.

I ordered a all star, at 5:40 am, with scrambled eggs grits sausage toast and a regular waffle. I then went to work. I went to lunch approximately 11:10 am. I bite into my waffle and there was a baby Roach in it. I called and spoke with manager Amy. To let her know I’m am utterly disgusted .

I have been a resident in Lithonia, GA for a very long time, and I must say that as many times I’ve been to this location on good and bad experiences, mostly bad, tonight was the best service and food I have ever received. Not one male or female hood servers or bad cooks on the premises! Thank You Jesus! Tonight’s Staff: Naz, Jordan, and Taye were great, fantastic, professional, very respectful young men, and kept everyone smiling and laughing! Thank you management for hiring them! Keep it going, we need it in this community!

Sunday, December 5th, 2021 @ and 9:17 PM. I pulled up to place an order and was advised by an unknown male who was not uniform at the window that they couldn’t take any orders until 20 mins cause they did not have any servers.

Just…UTTER TRASH. These people can’t be BOTHERED to answer the phone, ESPECIALLY in the evening when business ISN’T as busy. Went there as well and literally NO ONE answered, knocked on the window since the dining room was locked, so I knocked on the pick-up window (yet this place is open 24hrs ) Just…RATCHERY. There are other reviews about their laziness to answering the phone. I don’t know WHAT compelled the Waffle House Corporate Office to even ALLOW the owner to open up a store and use their brand, but I HOPE this place goes out of business Will be calling corporate on this place and I’d urge others to do so as well!

I don’t expect that much from Waffle House because it is Waffle House but I’ll tell you about my experience at this location. I was a customer last week and seen they needed help so I applied. I started Friday and quit Wednesday. I have a lot of experience working food service and thought I could bring something to the table with what I knew. First I applied to be a cook not a server but I wasn’t complaining . You have to start somewhere. The manager is very unprofessional. While working I can see the cook Mr. Willie is very respectful and really holds everything together and gets the job done. The Manager will step in confusing everybody which makes the wait longer for the customers. A watched a customer wait 30 minutes for something that should’ve took 10 at the most if he wouldn’t have came from the back starting confusion. I took a customers order and went to call it and he told me that my customer didn’t order that just for me to go back to the table and the customer tells me I was correct. He started yelling at me because I had one difficult customer that came up there asking to sit on the other said AFTER I took his order because he didn’t want to sit by the bathroom and the employees were splashing water from washing dishes. My first day working here I ate a waffle and it tasted sour . It was because the refrigerator they were keeping the waffle mix in wasn’t working but they continued to served that same mix to customers. Overall this Waffle House needs better management. The cooks are really what’s holding this all together
