Arrived at this location and was seated. Waitress took my order in less than 2 minutes. The tables, silverware, restrooms, and everything else was cleaned to satisfaction. This is the first Waffle House I have been to that was super clean. All the others in Atlanta are quite dirty. Food was great, the Chef Mike did a great job.

I visited the restaurant yesterday morning 07/22/23 The food was very good, the steak was just as I ordered. Great atmosphere everyone was very friendly and courteous. But what stood out most was the customer service of my server. I haven’t had service like that in a long time. She made it enjoyable. Morning Crew you all get 5⭐️s.

Went in to pick a waffle. Had to wait 45 minutes for them to make a single waffle to go. When they brought it to me it was the wrong order. One waffle. Doesn’t get simpler than this. Then when I asked them for chocolate milk, they got me coffee. The staff is absolutely terrible. They keep arguing amongst themselves while they have people in line waiting to place an order. Went in another time to dine in, no one came in to take our order for 15 mins even though every single server saw us. Saw three people walk out because of no service being offered. Very disappointing experience.

Been going to Waffle House all of my life and have NEVER encountered such rude, dismissive people. It’s take out only, which I didn’t expect since I’d been to that location many times before, but all of the booths and counter spots were blocked off, and I was told I had to stand outside in the chill and RAIN. Again, with no chair or anything outside. When my “supposedly freshly made food that I had to wait outside for” was finally given to meet, it was soggy and the coffee tasted burned, and like it had been sitting all night. In addition, the coffee was the tiniest one I’d ever seen… Maybe 6 ounces. Dive I normally drink a couple of cups of coffee when I go, this was very disappointing. In addition, I never got a “good morning’, thanks for coming in’, have a nice day’ despite the fact that I was the ONLY customer. I was treated like it was the biggest impression ever to prepare my order. worst… And 11 dollars for a doggy breakfast sandwich and tiny coffee. Definitely won’t go back.

One of the worst experiences at Waffle house. We went there at night with our family. Two ladies working there had no concerns for customers. When she was taking my order she was on the phone and there were people waiting in line. Then she told me to wait outside may be because I made her realize she was on phone or may be I did not tip. Then a guy walks in who was there friend or whatever, he sits down and they are socializing with him while cooking. Which delayed the food more. Then my food is ready and she won’t even ask me to come in and get it. I walked in on my own and got it. Save pain by not going there..they don’t deserve your business..and not to mention food was no normal waffle house standard.

We made a big online order and when we arrived we were greeted by a very rude female employee there. We respectfully said, “we have an online order.” She replied “ya’ll had that big order” in a rude tone, then she rolled her eyes as she gave us our food. If she don’t wanna work at waffle house then she should find another job.
