We just had THE best Chicken Melt plates EVER! The chicken was tender and juicy and the hash browns were crunchy and delicious. The staff were super friendly and so polite. (Kerin & Sherry especially) What a great place to eat. Nice to have lunch in such a happy atmosphere of smiles and good food. 5 stars ***** to the cook and staff at this location.

Cook was very loud and complaining about everything. They were more worried about their problems than preparing my order, they served me half my order forgot a few things then tried to tell me my waffle was in the shape of a cat. Unprofessional, and dirty I won’t eat there again.

The best Waffle House I have ever been to. It was very busy with 1waitress (Helen) and the chef. I wish I would have gotten the chef’s name. She was impressive. The food was cooked to perfection! I wish they would have had more help. My go to Waffle House!

I definitely would not recommend this waffle house the servers were super nice the cook was cussing and throwing plates I know I was over charged by like 40 bucks they all seemed new and no one with experience was there. And not to mention I had to wait over an hour for just my waffles

The most BS experience I’ve ever had. They said they’re doing no take out orders, in a completely empty restaurant, but i understood. Drove up there and tried to order to go. They said “No we can’t, did you read the sign” with attitude. So I responded, “Okay, well i’ll take a table for 3, and then I’ll take 3 to-go boxes at the end of my meal. I’ll wait for dine-in just like everyone else, I don’t mind”. After laughing and walking away and having me wait 15 minutes, she came back and said “Oh my manager said nah you can’t do that it’s basically the same thing”. So what’s the issue? If i’m waiting for the food like everyone else, why do I not have the ability to take my food to go. Absolutely ridiculous, restaurant workers get a little bit of power and think they can talk to or act however they want towards anyone. I’ve never seen such poor manners and bad business etiquette before. Sad to say, but i’m literally going across the street to mcdonald’s because atleast there they will serve you breakfast to go. What a joke this waffle house has become. I hope the 4 customers they had in the entire building don’t put a strain on the 6 workers standing there doing nothing.

The service was fast but it took forever to get a knife to cut our steaks with. Plus my steak wasn’t anything but fat and grizzle. Anything we needed we had to get up and get or it took forever to get the server to acknowledge us. I wasn’t happy

This was my favorite wafflehouse until now. We tried calling to place to go orders over phone but unfortunately we couldn’t bc they don’t take to go orders after 12 which was no problem so we went in instead. When my fiance gets there he goes unnoticed but a white female comes in 3 minutes after and is welcomed with “Hey hon you placed a to go order” If they are not taking orders over the phone that’s but if they are doing personal orders that’s another thing bc that’s not fair to other customers who may be wanting to place orders after work or for their convenience. That’s why I love the morning staff. They are mature, polite, and well structured.
