WAFFLE HOUSE has a really good Grilled Cheese and Hash Browns. I Enjoyed every bite. The Hash Browns were especially Crispy and Delicious . My server , CODY , was excellent and tried really hard to make my visit very enjoyable , even as he was doing his side work , getting ready for shift change . He saw to my every need. Thanks for the Hard Work ! And THANKS AGAIN !

It was a busy time. The food (a patty melt) tasted like it was precooked and not as fresh as should’ve been. The service was great. Food delivery was fast but, again, longer for my sandwich would’ve been better. Every place has off times now and then.

A white lady named Karen insulted my best friend by saying “oh she must be really hungry!” with a face and she really was gonna get a tip but never mind that also from the moment that we came in she had a bad attitude and we still have not have a refill our throats are dry as hell!!!! And then when we asked her can we get something she really yelled at us in front of everyone!!!

Came in at 133 and was told they wouldn’t be able to serve or even take my drink order for 20 minutes or so. They were waiting for 2nd shift. But there was like 8 people in the building. I had my kids. I wasn’t waiting 20 minutes just so they didn’t have to serve someone before their shift was over. Thankfully the other WH in town was very welcoming and served us.

this is one of my sons favorites!!! he LOVES to go here, and our server we get each time, STEPHANIE, is absolutely amazing. she is so sweet and attentive, and great customer service. my little boy loves her and she caters to him and i think it’s just all around a great experience!!! the food was excellent!! it was very fast, good price and even better, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Food was delicious and the cook &wait staff were great. The mng on duty just seemed to be under to much pressure & making things harder on the staff & herself. At least 8 people that came in after I did left because she told them she was shutting down the grill for for 30 min after they caught up all of the orders already ahead of them so she wasn’t taking any orders. I used to be an assistant mng at that exact restaurant years ago & our regional would have fired us on the spot for way less. I felt bad for her & wanted to offer to help but she didn’t give the vibe that hearing “I know this place can be stressful but maybe you should listen to your staff they seem to know what they’re doing so let each of them do what they do best until you feel less stressed out.” would be something she would take very kindly to. The restaurant wasn’t crowded either there was only 2 booths ordering food & the usual corner booth coffee crew (they even all left), so I just waited patiently on my to-go order and when I asked for sugar packets for my coffee & the young guy working apologized & said they didn’t have any the mng started to get on him about why hadn’t anyone told her they were out of those. I did speak up & tell him in front of her (making sure all of the staff could hear) that it was ok to just hand me a spoon (and I poured some sugar in my coffee) that it wasn’t something that couldn’t be fixed another way especially since it seems like everyone in there is having to do someone else’s job today & all of you guys are handling it like champs. So now that I’m the last customer for the next 30 minutes that the mng or whoever orders supplies can check inventory & make her list to order. I paid for my food left a 50% tip & said “Since everyone is cooking, serving & bussing tonight y’all should be splitting tips tonight also”

Cold toast, and burnt bacon does not help you want to come back. They told me my first waffle was burnt so they were fixing me another one. Well little did I know the second one was burnt crispy on the bottom. Don’t know if it was intentionally hidden or not. The third waffle leads me to believe they need new irons. Crunchy on one side and almost uncooked on the other. So,maybe this issue just started? My husband asked for limp bacon and got burnt bacon. Two stars because the staff was very nice, but they just can’t cook. Don’t know who checks reviews of Waffle Houses but this one near the mall in Greenwood didn’t cut it with me.

No welcome feeling when we came in, while waiting on a booth a waitress “melissa” wiped down a table and didn’t even invite us to have a seat. Took our order and was not friendly.
