Came for breakfast one morning. Waited on who was supposed to meet me there for about ten minutes. During that time a nice waiter came and got me some coffee, and I ended up ordering for the person and myself before they got there. Food was good, nice and hot right off the grill. Someone that worked their out music on the jukebox, which was nice, but I think they have the volume adjusted to high for that little space. I’d recommend adjusting it lower so people could still have good conversations while their. But overall was a good experience and will come again

The service @ 5:30 am was decent, had to get servers attention twice as she was preoccupied talking. The cook is another story. Had to send the bacon with burnt edges back, the ham was not sent back but obviously the grill was dirty. A customer who sat at the counter order 3 sandwiches. She asked the server to have the cook clean theghb Grill before making her sandwiches. He was heard to ask her if she wanted her bread grilled or toasted, and she said toasted. Totally explains the bacon & the ham.

My grandchildren wanted to spend some together, with me, so I ask, where would you like eat breakfast, all agreed, Waffle House. My grandchildren ages 8-6-&3, love this place. I’ve been in there several times, the service was never this awful. I waited at about 10-15 minutes, standing by the door, no one acknowledged us, no one said “we’ll be right with”, tables were a mess, employees sitting on the corner, chatting and eating. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is not acceptable, specially dealing with people and food. Thank you for your time in this matter and I appreciate you improving and making others experiences better.

5/5/2023. About 6 p.m. Normal cook or staff not there. Manager on duty supervising 2 young people, not actually supervising. Took my order, but never actually did anything with it. Cook and him left the area and went outside leaving the “manager”…doing nothing. Normally great here, but not today. There were only 2 customers and no one was getting served. Tbh they were probably high.

Worst workplace atmosphere. I came in to eat with my family and the entire time I only heard the manager yelling at the servers about service over and over again and the servers didn’t do anything wrong with our service. Our server was Jordan and she was the sweetest!

Don’t count on this place to be open at any given time. It does not matter if there are a bunch of people in the parking lot or not. Good luck trying to get a bite late night around here. Waffle House is not going to be the spot unfortunately.
