Quality has seriously gone down since the pandemic outbreak has expired. They said that they did not have enough waitresses to staff the whole restaurant. Only enough for 2 booths & after awhile they cook shut down the bar, where I was sitting. There were 2 waitresses & 2 cooks. That seems to be more than enough for the whole restaurant. When I first went in the restaurant had lots of to go orders waiting to be picked up. There were 5 people/couples standing waiting to either be seated or pick up their to go orders. The 2 booths were occupied. There were no signs that said the bar was closed. There were chairs blocking off the left side of the restaurant. I have mobility issues and cannot stand up very long. After 30 minutes, or less, the 2 cooks had everyone’s orders cooked & served. The head cook shut down the bar. The waitresses were very nice & as accommodating as the head cook would allow. Based on the head cook’s behavior I am giving service a low score. At first the food was good, but I soon started to feel sick & I paid & left. I went outside to the bus stop and threw up. Breakfast is my favorite meal. I used to love Waffle House, but I will never go back here again.

The food was good. The cashier (he had red eyes, and was dancing) gave me a bunch of unnecessary condiments and not the ones I needed. My order was suppose to include a waffle, and I did not get that.

I have had experiences at different Waffle Houses. Most of the time it’s the same. Service is not that good. Servers are too busy on their phones and are rude. The food isn’t that great. I could overlook the food being okay but not the service. What’s the point in having a job if you are going to be rude.

This location has on their window that they are online orders only. You walk in, and you don’t get acknowledged for 10+ minutes, can go to the bathroom and everything…then sit down to order online after they say it’s online orders only…and the one of two servers on break stuffing her face with food says half of the dining room is closed. Meanwhile, when you try to order online, it says you can’t, and the chef and other server state there’s a wait. What a waste of time, waste of a business, and waste period. What is this place even doing? Waffle House late night used to be the main steam late night business to get food, now it’s a place for people to act like they have a job while being mediocre. If I’m working at the hospital and want food late night, I think some waffles and eggs could be made. But not at this location. Never returning here again. And they were rude, I understand stressed during late night busy hours, but they could still be nice.

Came in and sat down as it wasn’t so busy at 2:25 waited until 2:35 was looked at multiple times by the staff not one greeted talked to me or anything. Sad to see that someone who loves waffle house found that most are going bad.
