The food was overly greasy by WH standards. Grill wasn’t properly cleaned and maintained, there was a grit/grime on the food (eggs). The food was overcooked. It was inedible, honestly. We took it back, and they remade it. It was less burnt, but still black/burnt inside my omelette, still inedible.

$14 for a hash brown all the way with no chili because they were out. Absolutely ridiculous prices. Then charges me a $0.85 Togo charge and another $0.85 “To-Go supply fee”. I have to pay extra to make it convenient for them and not have to have them do dishes. And I always tip good so I tipped 30% for this kind of disrespect. This is just out of hand, in no way can I justify this. All waffle houses have lost my business. I shouldn’t have even paid for this meal, should have just left and said no thank you.

These five stars are specifically for Stacey and Taylor. Stacey gave me by far the best service I’ve ever received at any waffle house in any city. She is a class act. And taylor silently but efficiently and deliciously cooked my food. They both deserve raises. They’ve been the only two employees at this location that have exceeded my expectations and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.

Got the TikTok sandwich Philly cheesesteak melt on waffle. Overall I’ll give it a 10/10 the bacon and cheese took the sandwich away. Big shouts out to the crew members who were working today 1/12/23 at 6:30pm. Spent $50 on take out. First, they didn’t add any of my request to my hash browns, not even cheese. They weren’t crispy liked I asked. The ham was overcooked, and my over medium egg still had raw clear egg white.

Waffle House is always a good idea. I particularly loved this location because the staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and my food came out extremely fast, hot and cooked correctly. The prices at Waffle House are super reasonable and they even have a juke box! What’s not to like! I will be back here again, an American staple and classic
