The only reason why I’ve given the food a one star is that I just ordered some biscuits and gravy with two patties sausage patties and the biscuits were soft but the gravy was oversalted not good, especially with people with high blood pressure that would really affect their blood pressure but it did not taste good as salty as it was. The lady that waited on me very courteous but they were fast. They did get the food out really good. Like I said everything was good except for the gravy was very very salty

I must have arrived just after the morning rush, or they’re short staffed today, because only two tables were occupied but EVERY table, including booths and the counter were piled with dishes. I went ahead and took a seat at the counter but it felt like a good 10 minutes before one of the ladies came to clear it and take my order. And apparently they’re short on some key items because my hash browns all the way were a little light on the all the way. I could tell the ladies working were exhausted, so I’m thinking they just need to hire more staff. One more person could have made all the difference.

Closest place to jobsite. Been Many times always seems to be same. Floors and tables seem to be dirty. Look at waffle makers. Always looks like that. Food prices when up and quality when down. Can’t say I’m happy with this change.

Food was acceptable nothing incredible. The person who took my order I’m pretty sure did not talk but I’m not sure I just know they did not say a word to me. The table was incredibly dirty. Syrup all over yuck. Lots of employees standing around apparently with nothing to do. Same thing when I left no response from the same person who took my order who also accepted my money.

Service was terrible… lady never brought silverware… we asked other waitresses.. they said not their table not their problem. Worstwaitresses… nobody was even there and it took over 30 minutes just to get a drink

I have been to a lot of waffle houses in my day, and this one is by far the worst. Our waiter was talking on his cellphone while serving our food, and sat on his phone at the table next to us in between bringing our food. My husbands coffee cup looked like it had never been washed too. Just overall, a poor experience with poor service.

The big draw of Waffle House USED to be you could get a good sit down meal any tome day or night. Since the scamdemic it’s hit or miss. This morning they had one staff who was playing with her phone. She told me take out only. I told her to keep playing with her phone.
