This is the cleaness Waffle House I have ever seen. EVER!!!! The staff’s clothing were spotless. Their cooking area was clean. Even the waffle making station didn’t have batter drippings and waffle extras all around it. The floors, windows, etc were clean as well. As I waited for my food, which was good, I noticed just how friendly they seemed to be with everyone. Next time I’ll eat in.

Ms. Virginia is a floor general; her presence was the guarantor of a great experience. A smile never left her face, and she ensured her coworkers followed suit. She was amazing, going above and beyond a five-star rating; we would have to lower every other five-star rating or give her a new category. Unfortunately, once you experience Ms. Virginia, it will make future Waffle house experiences a three to four-star experience. Hopefully, someone in corporate will see this and ask her to be a regional trainer or manager.

August 10th 2am.The service was horrible. I called in an order 10 mins ahead and had to wait another 25 mins and when I got the order it was incorrect I took it back and they did not cook it right off but made me wait again while others got their order. Then one of the employees had a dog in the establishment and walked out with it. While two other seating by the dumpster all smoking. When I say I will never visit this one again. I saw so many orders thrown in the trash because of being incorrect and one employee allowing people to leave without paying. When I asked for my money back the young lady got sarcastic like I’m not gonna argue with you about food and the guy just gave me 11.00 cash

Nobody wants a burned hard waffle after standing in line for a half hour at 4am. Left out at 4:30, got home, and immediately realized my time and money had been wasted. Please teach the girl with the blonde braids how to pull waffles before they’re hard as toast. That wasn’t a waffle. It was almost a cracker.
