When my friends talk about how good Waffle House is, this 3am visit was by far the best food & service I’ve ever had. Angela & Sandra were total angels. Just the sweetest ladies you could possibly ask for! Whenever I’m coming through working in NC, this is our spot now.

Last two times it’s taken over a hour to get our food and that’s with us being the only 2 people in the Waffle House. Super dirty. My son had to use the restroom, #2, and he didn’t have any toilet paper. The employees said they hadn’t had toilet paper in a couple days?? So I ended up having to take him home to take a bath because he couldn’t wipe his butt. The glasses felt like they had a coating of grease all over them, the waffles were soggy, the bacon seemed like it was old, food was terrible! Will never visit this location again!

Horrible dirty location. I didn’t get to eat. 4 employees hanging out in the parking lot. One young cook all by himself. One of the women in the parking lot eventually came in. Didnt ask if id been helped didnt take my order. Completely ignored me. I sat at counter for 20 minutes without bieng served. I left sorry waffle house im marking this one as a never return

Too many drugys work there. I had a brother work there and they fired him and wouldn’t let him apply again but when they got a worker that has been seen by customers…passed out with a needle in there arm, or fall asleep while they take ur order. I would rather go to any other waffle house but the one in Bessemer

Very clean and super friendly. Was just passing through on business and the entire staff was delightful. Not a usual Waffle House patron, but may use more often based on this visit for breakfast.

The service was great and the atmosphere was perfect for a Saturday morning breakfast. My only little problem was that the bacon was a little burnt and the waffle was a little undercooked but those are just preferences not major issues.
