They are lousy, those who work there are useless, my family and I have gone like 3 times, the 3 times they have been treated very badly, we thought that perhaps they would be better served the 4th time but it was worse. They didn’t even lose the order and there was no customer, we were waiting and they never came to ask for the order. I’m very disappointed. I’ve never done that to myself anywhere, something like that, I don’t know why they have worked for people who don’t value their work like one to eat for free one is going to eat not to ask for food

this was my first ever time at a waffle house! this location was nothing like whrt people say waffle hour is like, it was clean and the food was great. they were understaffed when I went in but our waitress was so nice! really made the experience 🙂 I wish I got her name!

Walked in at 8:30 PM and the rude waitress was yelling and didn’t even let me sit down. She said shift change was at 9:00 PM so they were no longer taking orders. In that half hour I could’ve eaten and been out before the shift change.
